As promised and we had a great experience

This hotel is the perfect one to relax and just enjoy your time there. Pure bliss, chill and relaxation. Exactly what me and my wife wanted for her bday escapade. The staff is very friendly, they even gifted her a bottle of cava delivered to our room for her bday. Location by the beach and just 20 minutes drive to the Cabo de Gata national park with pristine beaches, hiking trails, amazing nature, lovely small beach towns and good food. The only thing needed is an update to the gym and a few more amenities like a pool table, ping pong table or board games and its set! I would 100% recommend the hotel and will come back many times for sure.

Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price.

Absolutely beautiful location. The room was large and very clean with everything you might need.

Nice hotel with great facilities but the length of time to check in was unreasonably long.

We had a great time in the hotel. The staff was great and nice. They have a weird policy regarding the pool towels - you need to leave deposit... But anyway we liked them

Overall the hotel was okay. The room had spectacular views and a nice balcony. The downside was a severe sewer smell in our room. The hotel stay was as helpful as they could be by spraying something for the smell, which temporarily helped. Also, the room layout was weird for our group. When you enter the door, youre immediately in the bathroom, with not door for those in the bath and no privacy for using the toilet like a fan or something. Awkward for friends or family staying together. There was something bad in the fridge that smelled too. Breakfast was expensive and not great. The restaurants on site aren't very good either.

Beautiful place.

Really enjoyed my 7 night stay, my room and the whole hotel was really clean all the time. The facilities were great, loved the olympic size pool and the pool area in general. The staff are very helpful and do a great job with making your stay comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, couples and solo travellers alike.

We had the first experience of racism at this hotel a number of the staff have issues with the English and make it very difficult for you. From checking in the spa getting a pool towel the pool bar staff and even the guest relations manager. I made two appointments to meet with the hotel manager and on both occasions he didn’t turn up and I was just given excuses. The worst hotel we have ever visited. Garry

Great hotel near the beach, easy to access anytime

Nice hotel but definitely not a true 5 star hotel, let down by poor gastronomy in its restaurant and 3 star breakfast. Coffee is terrible. Food service overall is not up to standard with both poor quality and poor options available. Staff lacked basic English speaking skills and for a 5 star hotel this is just not good enough. Mini bar in the suite empty, Room service options poor, no room service for breakfast, again not acceptable for a 5 start hotel. Area isolated with few dining options. Over promised and under delivered, disappointed !

The ladies that checked me in were an absolutel gem. They made me laugh and were highly emotional. To.be honest, it was nice having someone make you smile and laugh. I would definitely come back again without hesitation.

Such a beautiful hotel!! We absolutely loved our time here. The pools and beach were clean, beautiful and relaxing. The food and drinks by the pool were exactly what we needed at the end of a stressful trip.
