The Flat was Spotless, Great Staff and the Local Shops and Restaurants were all Within Easy Walking Distance.

Spacious and well equipped. Quite too in a nice part of prague.

The apartment was great and perfect for relaxing after a hard day hacking at a hackathon and sightseeing. It is situated perfectly in Anděl with some nice amenities close by, including the tasty Tardice restaurant serving traditional Czech cuisine and Click Coffee across the road had the perfect breakfast :) I was also surprised the property had a washing machine, but unfortunately I couldn't get it to work. Most of the time the chap at reception was very pleasant, except on the last day there was a new chap and he made an unpleasant remark in which he made it clear that he is not a fan of short term lets, but I shrugged it off.

This apartment is located in andel an area in Prague that has a lot of shopping centers ,restaurants and a lot of activities that goes on in the area. It’s also about 10-15 minuets to the old town Square by using the tram. Your best option to move around Prague and know the city very well is by using the tram. It’s very affordable. The tram seems to run 24/7 because there was always something available for me from the old town Square to andel after midnight. My host Galina was awesome. She was very helpful and very detailed about the apartment and Prague.I also met her mom Luba and she was the most friendly and nice. I will advise all travelers going to Prague to consider staying in this apartment for an amazing stay and experience in Prague. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.Thanks a lot Galina and mom

great location, place, and overall nice value

No reception. This is an apartment not a hotel. Had to phone to get entry. Entry was delayed. Poor condition generally. Light not working socket loose in wall. Not very clean. Curtains did not cover windows.

Fairly priced, no front desk so checkin needs to planned ahead

The place is very big, the wifi is EXCELLENT, you have a whole router to yourself, it is clean and I had zero issues, EXCEPT, read the small print with regards to arrival. You need to ring before you enter the country, there is no reception at this place and you will be left on the street if you do not organize your arrival time with the management so someone can be there to let you in, ensure you have the correct number to call if when you arrive nobody is waiting. After some frustrating 30 to 60 mins I got it sorted and once sorted I can't fault the place. All good. The place is a little out from the main tourist area of prague but a good 20 mins walk (no issues for me) There are loads of shops and restaurants around and Google are located around the corner so that will give you a flavour of the area, its commerical rather than touristy.

We were staying at this hotel for the second time. The location cannot be better as there is now direct bus to the airport, lots of trams and Andel metro station; shopping opportunities are great. Starting October 1 there is no reception service. A hotel clerk was not helpful at all in dealing with my requests for fixing lights and he was trying to ran away as his hours were over; a very nice maid changed a burned light bulb in our kitchen when I complained to her. There was no light in the building hallway and it was impossible to see apartment numbers (a neighbour said that it was "normal" which gave me an impression that it goes on for a long time). I regretted that I did not take a flash light with me. Otherwise our apartment was very comfortable.

The reception area has been dismantled and has a for sale sign on the door. Check-in involved speaking to a security guard, I had a phone number to call if I had any problems and the check-out process involved me leaving the key in the flat. There were also ants in the bathroom.

There is a shopping center near this hotel very quite place there many shops and resraurant there and hotel room very wide 70-80 m2,but ı wanted to stay a room with 4 single beds,theybqave us 2 singles and a aofa with two beds,but it is not very important because of sofa's bed is comfortable as single beds.1 day parking is bery expensive 15 euros because ıf paeking problem at prag.Hotel is 10-15 minutes away from old prag and charles bridge

The andel location is very good as there are plenty of shops restaurants and public transport nearby including a metro station. The apartment was a good size. The sofas were stained. The shower was smelly because it was blocked with hair etc., which we removed but housekeeping never cleaned it up. We found the beds uncomfortable and there was only 1 very soft pillow on each bed. Overall a 2 star experience.

Great hotel for my business trip. Nice to see a kitchenette and a washing machine, although I didn't have time to use either. Next time! The room was very hot, even in January. I tinkered with the radiators and thermostat to no avail, and finally slept with the window ajar.

What a wonderful place to stay! Directly next to major transport links and a Tesco, the apartment was convenient as well as incredibly clean and tidy, with all the facilities we could have asked for - including a lovely view across the city rooftops as we were on the top floor and had a very pleasantly unexpected balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful, including the block's front desk security staff who kindly were happy to take our key to pass on when we forgot to notify aparthotel Angel that we required early checkout. No issues or complaints whatsoever, would recommend to anybody and everybody.

No issues with the apartment aside from the WiFi, which kept dropping out and was slow.

Went to Prague for my brothers wedding. For the price and location this place can't be beat. I loved everything about it. The only thing I could think of that was negative about the stay is one of my pillows was stained....it didn't bother me at all but for some it may. Staff were friendly, rooms cleaned every day. And the balcony was perfect. Loved this place. Will definitely be staying here again.
