I highly recommend this hotel. It was a great location for a good price. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever have! It was amazing, diverse, and filled even my very hungry husband.

The rooms are very small and dated. It had a moldy old smell. After 2 nights I came back to my room with a note that says I need to vacate my room due to plumbing issues. This is not acceptable because Injad reservations early the next morning and now I have to pack to change my room.

Such a shame that this 25 hours isn't as good as others in the hotel chain. Stayed for 4 nights in December. The hotel held a function on 2 nights of this with very loud music blaring until after midnight. Another night the hotel was swamped by a huge group of people from the city going to another event at the hotel. The restaurant is slow and understaffed and we waited 20 minutes just for someone to ask us if we wanted to order drinks.The rooms are small. The shower was broken (although they did fix it when told). Grouting in the bathroom mouldy. No kettle or coffee machine or water. Poor storage for clothes. No wardrobe only hangers and open hooks. Grimy, broken soft toy left for guests. Not enough staff on reception sometimes. Slow to clean rooms. Often not cleaned until 4pm. I loved this hotel chain in other cities, but will probably not return to this chain again after this stay.

The room was great! Friendly staff, complimentary drinks and snacks, central location to museums, couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Vienna!

4th time staying in this hotel, so obviously I like it. On this occasion I felt insulted by the receptionist over a minor issue. Amazing how one relatively small negative experience can make you reevaluate your choice. Great hotel otherwise.

This was my second stay at the same hotel in Vienna… It was super clean, the staff is always courteous and I love the theming of this hotel. I will definitely keep coming back here if I ever make it to Vienna again.

We have mixed feelings about this 25hour hotel. Some of the pro were quite while some some of the cons were disturbing. Cons: 1. Room Noise - The 7floor rooms are very noisy. They are right below the rooftop bar/disco. Loud bass and drums can keep you away late at night if you choose this floor. 2. Room Condition - Our room had torn wallpaper and a broken kitchen faucet base. Lighting is too dim. Several drapery panels were loose. The room needed to be reconditioned and repaired. 3. Restaurant - The food was average. Service is slow. Pros 1. Location - The location is fantastic for tourist. Local restaurants are great and plentiful. Museums and closely. Public transportation is steps away, safe and easy to use. 2. Staff - The staff was very helpful and friendly and tried to resolve all issues to the best of their ability. 3. Fun - The decor is fun and inventive.
