Ibis Centro is in a superb location in Bilbao. We were here for a rugby finals weekend but this city has so much more to offer. Superb cuisine and an amazing old town to explore as well in Casco Viejo. And of course the Guggenheim Museum is a must-see. All within easy walking distance. The hotel is really relaxing and the staff are awesome. We needed an 0500 taxi for an early flight and they took care of all bookings and even confirmed the evening before. Fantastic service all round.

We were able to check in early. The staff was helpful during our stay. Environmental friendly hotel! Location is great for walking around the city. Breakfast was included with our room and had a variety of food. Recommended!

I was allowed to check-in early which is always a bonus. The staff throughout my stay were friendly helpful and didn't have to wait for anything, bar, safe deposit box etc. It is ideally located for the Old Town (15 minutes walk) Gugenheim (20 minutes walk) there are also excellent bars and restaurants right outside. Thank you for a pleasant stay

El hotel tiene un excelente localización con estaciones del metro y el bus bien cercanas. Son 15 minutos caminando a la estación central y 15 minutos caminando al Museo, también está bien cerca del Centro Cultural. Tuvimos un percance con el baño y el staff fue inmediatamente a resolverlo. El desayuno estuvo buenísimo! Calientito y con muchas opciones. Lo recomiendo.

Everything excellent! Only one small issue: since it is in downtown area, it was a little bit of noisy during the night.

The Ibis Bilbao Centro was a great hotel! It was very conveniently located near a really nice area with many good restaurants and shopping. The receptionists snd staff were all really courteous and helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious enough. We would definitely stay there afain when we are in Bilbaonagain and recommend it to anyone wanting a nice place to stay.

The Ibis Bilbao Centro is in a great location and has all the basics. I appreciated the eco-friendly focus, including a refillable glass water bottle in the room and a filtered water dispenser for hot and cold water right by the elevator. Staff were friendly. We walked from the hotel to Plaza Nueva, Guggenheim, and to the metro. There are plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants, and bakeries close by. with easy access to everything

El staff es muy amable y se porto muy bien conmigo. Sin embargo quiero manifestar mi molestia, la primera habitación que me dieron encontré insectos/bichos en la cama y las sábanas, cuando iba a dormirme. El staff fue amable e inmediatamente me cambiaron de habitación. Pero me parece muy mal que en un hotel como el suyo se llegue a encontrar este tipo de inconvenientes.

Great location, breakfast is well served with healthy and plenty of options; staff members are great.
