The property was excellent, one minor thing the ACU did not have enough power to compensate with the outside high temperatures.

Stayed for 5 nights for a beach wedding. This is a great hotel and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and we both got great sleeps. The pool and spa were great and breakfast was good. Really happy and would definitely return.

It’s 4* for Romanian standards but only 3 stars for the American standards. It’s a good hotel but don’t expect the service of the 4&5 stars treatment ratings. Clean, decent location to Mamaia Beach but we ultimately drive all the way to Neptune Beach where it was much better and spent an entire day there instead. Mamaia was overrated. This hotel was overall nice stay though.

Very clean and convenient location. Easy access to beach and public transportation.

Hotel did “no show” by mistake and charged me and then hotels charged me as well. I paid 2 times. Have urgent refund from Hotels now

A clean functional hotel. Great spa, friendly front desk staff. Restaurant food was great but service average. Difficult to assess in the off season but was close to the beach and had a good spa.

Customer Service is lacking with the Majority of the Staff except for Corina. She was the only one that made feel Welcomed. Thank You Corina.

Great place to relax and unwind. The Spa Center was AMAZING. I would book this again just for the Spa Center alone. Buffet breakfast was also pretty good with a great variety of food.

The room was sparkly clean, we had a view towards Siutghiol lake, free parking at the hotel; Breakfast was included and buffet type

The hotel was just an average hotel far from the beach and the back terrace amd restaurant is in the parking area. From the photos it looks lile it’s on the lake but it is not !! The false advertisement regarding the Spa, Massage, Indoor Pool, Sauna etc was very disappointing as nothing was open, and was not mentioned that on Expedia. We booked this hotel for the Spa , Indoor pool and Sauna and it was only a false advertisement. If i wanted only a hotel room to sleep at night i would have booked a hotel ON THE BEACH and not far from it !! We left 2 nights before our end of vacation as we had nothing to do in this hotel.

The stay here was absolutely splendid.... they were very kind and the food was outstanding... the service was spot on ... I highly recommended staying here... it is just like the name splendid....

Too much noise in the morning . I couldn’t rest properly
