It’s supposed to be a four star hotel instead of that we find out that the bathroom had a leak every day we had to clean up the bathroom with clean towels plus we asked for the reception so you know fix it they did not

+ Check in was easy and friendly + Location - Room smelt of damp - On noisy street - Safe did not work - 2 cockroaches in bathroom - Air con louder than a jet engine - Pool area not the best. Small and overlooks abandoned buildings. - I had 3 emails and 2 WhatsApps in the space of 10 hours telling me to express check out online, ridiculous! - Not worth €90

This hotel is in a great location, very central and close to lots of restaurants & shops. It's literally less than a minute's walk to the beach and promenade and not too far from the main bus station. There's also a large shopping mall about ten minutes walk away at the harbour. The rooms themselves are clean and large, a bit dated but comfortable nonetheless. The swimming pool doesn't look as grand as in the photo if that's important for you. Breakfast is good, with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruit etc, there could be more variety, however there are plenty of cafes & restaurants serving breakfast nearby as another option. The service is first class, everyone at reception and the restaurant are very friendly & helpful, and able to recommend where to visit on the island. They also accommodated late checkout for us which was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here on my return and would highly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Las Palmas!

Will stay here again

I had a nice 2-night stay at the hotel while attending a conference. The room was spacious and tidy, and breakfast was decent. The hotel was very close to the beach.

Nice room but a kettle and the ability to make a hot drink was definitely missed. The fridge was nice but the freezer section desperately needed defrosting. Bathroom was lovely and all the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotions were a lovely extra touch. Breakfast was a good selection and staff very friendly.

It is in the center of the city with walkable distances to plazas, dinning options and more. It is a very safe place to walk at night. The staff is ver friendly and assist in any ways you need. They called a taxi for us that was there in 2 minutes. It is closed to a beach, briers restaurants so and other amenities.

Very nice hotel, very clean, root top pool is amazing, central to the beach, food shops cafes, friendly & helpfull staff , I just 3 issues the pool side coded off too early, the television in the room is very very small, there is no kettle and coffee in the Room I struggles to get some hot water, no kettle at all on the hotel ground , not even for a cup of tea in the night or morning,,,,,, other than that I enjoyed my stay

My only issue was - orbitz charged about 120 a nt and when i arrived i asked their rack rate which was 80 a nt. In the past this was not the case - but need to verify in the future

Hi, Extremely disappointed, you are in the business of trust. This is the first time you fail big time when it comes to a 4 star hotel. 1) In the room 25% (1 in 4 lights have burned out) 2) In the closet there is 20% (1 in 5) hangers to hang clothes 3) The minibar is not cold. The receptionist told me to get cold beer from the next door supermarket, as the fridge is warm and on top one of the courtesy water bottles has been opened before. 4) The washroom ceiling had leaking from floor above. So all in all, not your best day when ensuring quality which I enjoyed before in selecting hotel using your service. Let me know what you will do to fix the issue. Kind regards, Risto Sandberg

The staff were very friendly anf helpful. The only downfall was the pool not being open. We werent told this and looking on the website before we went, it said closed due to covid but at the hotel was closed for maintenance. The location was however excellelnt for the beach, so made up for it and we could still use the roof terrace. Highly recommended.
