Travelled here with my family. Overall it was a good stay, but be advised it is PACKED with children, mostly younger (under 5). The included breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and overall good. Parking was difficult, but free (street parking only). Beach in front of the hotel was really great! I would recommend this location if you are the type of family that likes to just stay on the hotel grounds and make use of your all inclusive things. If you have a little older kids, and like to explore other sites on the island, I would probably not recommend this hotel. Oh. And whoever the pool guys are, they need a raise :) I maintain my own pool at home and have no idea how they keep this water so CLEAN with hundreds of kids going in and out every day! Same thing with the buffet cleaning staff...they do an amazing job keeping that area tidy. So if management is reading this, give those people a bonus!

On arrival staff were very welcoming and friendly. very responsive to your needs. Extra pillows and baby bath provided. The filtered water provided was a bonus! Entertainment and activites for all the family all day long. Literally right on the beach and the pool was amazing! We were half board and the food was amazing with a good range of variety everyday. All in all this was a great stay for families.

Amazing food, near the beach and fantastic activities for the kids

We had a wonderful stay in a family room with a pool view. The property was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the activities were great fun for the whole family. The staff were all very friendly, but we want to give a special mention to Jessy. She did an amazing job and always kept our room perfectly clean and organized. It was such a pleasure to come back to a tidy room every day! Highly recommended for a perfect family holiday!

Chambre propre et moderne, tout comme l'hôtel. Buffet varié et bon. Principe du bracelet au lieu d'une carte ou d'une clé au top ( ouverture porte, paiement,....). Le fait d'avoir une fontaine à eau près des chambres est aussi une bonne idée. Seul bémol, la limite entre la demi pension et le all inclusive est trop facilement franchisable, ce qui n'est pas très correcte pour les gens qui le respect. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à côté de la plage, de magasins, de resto et d'un arrêt de bus.

Overall experience was good. Food was excellent with variety of choices. Hotel staff are very polite and hard working. Room could be modernised. We were checked in a dusty room, A/C did not work, and hand held bidet did not work too. When told reception, they changed our room but still A/C was not working. And there was no hot water after 8pm in the bath.

Super close to the beach. Shallow and so kid friendly. Had floatie toys that were donated to the resort available to the guests. Pool chairs got taken really quick. Kid pool is great. Food options are good but only the buffet and the BBQ restaurant available. BBQ restaurant was good.

We have spend our Summer holidays last week of August in Mallorca and we couldn't have better hotel than Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park. In your first step off the hotel you are in the beach! The facilities are quite good, the room is not big but you have room enough for what it is, and good swimming pool size. The food is amazing, and the staff is awesome. From the bar in the pool, with Maite, Laura and Sebastian (great coffee), to the entertainment team (Andres is an amazing entertainer and host, always cheering up to get us enjoying our time; also Andres and the rest of the team. The best of any hotel we went). The buffet at the restaurant is really good quality. Every day you have a theme (Spanish tapas, Mexican, sushi, ...), and they care for you to be comfortable all the time (Brian treats you like you are a VIP). My teenagers said that it was the better holidays they ever had :) ! We are really thinking to book here again for next year. No doubt!

Stay here if you enjoy “all inclusive” type of resorts with kids.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and kids focused. All staff was amazing and with a smile all time. We really enjoy our family holiday. 100 % recommended for families.

If you are looking for an all inclusive / family resort vacation, this is a great pick. We dedicated four nights for my kids to be fully entertained. The hotel had wonderful entertainment for kids of all ages, and it starts at breakfast and ends at night after the great theater shows. The water slides kept them busy all day and the beach was lovely. We really enjoyed the calm water and sand bar in the mornings. The rooms were spacious and clean. The common grounds were well maintained and cleaned often. The pool could have used more frequent cleaning but being by the beach and so many kids, it’s expected. The tiles surrounding the pools were very slippery when wet and kids were slipping often. Food was above average for an all inclusive. I appreciate the two snack / lunch options that were easy to get when wet / quick. Dinner “restaurant” options could have been better but again- for a trip for kids it was great and they have the best time! Staff were really friendly - specially the kids and entertainment crew. The front desk was very helpful and kind.

Hotel and beach are wonderful. We were able to find parking nearby each day and the half-board was 100% worth it. The A/C in our room did seem to struggle to keep up but we’re glad to have something. Housekeeping and the ability to fill up our water bottles each day were also great.

We really liked this hotel, is very family oriented. It is more for little kids than older children but it is still a beautiful hotel with a top notch service.

Nice place. Many families with children. Everything shuts down around 10-11. Bed time. Decent food. Beach access. My family and I had a good time.

Check-in was very easy and the hotel was very clean. We were to receive a mini bar in our room and asked for it 3 times-it was never delivered. There are drinks that are part of the all-inclusive but the better known liquor was charged extra. We are good with kids but we could never get a seat at the main pool due to the large number of kids. Food was ok. Staff at the sports bar were extremely nice and helpful thank you David & Virginia!! The only sit down restaurant was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Beach was nice but a public beach. The vendors were pushy and rude when rejected.

Above average quality in the food and extremely helpful, kind, cheerful and always seeking the days to be resting and relaxed.
