Food was great, but rooms are very outdated. Walls were also paper thin. We weren’t ale to sleep in once due to all the noise.

Fantastic hotel, rooms a little dated but some much going on for families we were only in there to sleep. Food - Amazing, Staff - Awesome, Entertainment - Brilliant, Beach - Fantastic, Surrounding area - Walkable, safe and clean, Location - Perfect. All in all a great location for a family holiday, that good we are thinking of returning next year!

Five star, only problem was flushing toilet but after noticing it to the reception it was solved within 30min. Kids (and we) were super happy with breakfast and dinner (only had half board), good variation of foods. Drinks and beer at low prices. Nice entertainment both during the day and the evening, best was the foam party last day. Excellent location with only a few meters to the beach and the ocean.

We had a wonderful time, the staff was great, the food was outstanding, and the entertainment was fun. We will be going back again

Overall great. Lifts were in and out of service, so would be an issue if mobility is a challenge or have a pram. Air con in room did not work, so would be an issue in the height of summer. Neither impacted our stay as we could take the stairs and April weather cooler at night.

Staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Great place to be with the kids!

This was a wonderful place to stay with young children. We are a family of 5 with a 7, 4 and 3 month old baby at the time. Resort was great for what we needed. Beach right outside resort was incredible. Very safe with young children.

We had another great family holiday here which was loads of fun as always. The staff were all excellent and couldn’t have been more friendly/helpful. The daily activities were excellent with a good range for all ages. Parts of the hotel are starting to become a bit dated and maybe with other more modern hotels in the area it could use a bit of an upgrade at some point but generally was a great experience and stay again.

Já fui em outros hotéis da rede Iberostar , mas o Ciudad Blanca me surpreendeu. O cuidado com o hóspede já começa na recepção onde fui muito bem atendida e ganhei uma taça de champanhe e bombons . Todos os funcionários do hotel , sem exceção, são simpáticos e solicitos. O café da manhã superou minhas expectativas. Tudo muito gostoso e com muita variada . A cama era muito confortável . Recomendo o Iberostar Ciudad Blanca.

Fanatic option for families. The rooms themselves definitely cater to families - however, as many have said, they definitely need an upgrade. These are very basic rooms. Beds are not overly comfortable and you only get one pillow. Regardless, it is a great option. The beach and the resort itself are fantastic.

Food lacked taste although there was plenty of it.

How you can put family rooms on the third floor with no elevator? Should be illegal. If you travel light its a go but any suitcases, find another hotel

The sea view room with balcony was clean, quiet and have a beautiful view of the sea. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast has a variety of food.

Excellent hotel for families - good kids' club and activities. Good food, good housekeeping.

The Hotel pools are brilliant and the Staff are amazing!! Food gets a little repetitive and bland......rooms need a refurb and matresses are terrible...springs in the back. Just buy new matresses and would make a huge difference

We had a great room with plenty of space and an amazing view over the pools and to the sea in the distance. There is a large main room with two sofa beds and a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs. There is also a separate bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. To improve we would have loved an extra bedroom so the lounge could just be a lounge rather than having to use the sofa as a bed but this seems to be the same for most places we looked at.

Excellent service, amazing variety and quality of food and great entertainment for both adults and children. The only one criticism would be that too many guests leave there towels/belongings on sunbeds and then don't use them for hours, or sometimes not at all! There should be a policy, like in most resorts, that if beds are unattended for 2-3 hours then towels should be removed.

Great location on the beach with friendly service. Meals on site were buffet style, had a vast variety of items and tasted good.
