The whole experience was just a great time.

The staff was very helpful in many ways. The ski lockers were heated and the Hotel is 100’ from the Gondola.

this was an amazing property. Each and everyone of the staff was fantastic from the bellman who helped w our luggage and car when we arrived a bit frazzled, to the front desk personnel who helped w a prompt check in and who answered our question daily about where to dine and so forth. Savy and Sergio at the bar were so kind and fun! We will return next year for sure!

Amazing location, staff couldn’t be more helpful and so friendly. Breakfast every day was perfect - so many options, we also had one dinner there which was delicious. Great bar and live music! Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Our stay at hotel Spinals was great. The hotel is just few steps from the gondola, the sky room is amazing. The bar is outstanding and the restaurant is very good. The spa is clean, modern and very comfortable, 5 stars for the pool.

We are couple and there was really a lot of noises also at spa . The acoustic in the room really bad. Except from that it was great!

The location is nothing but perfect. The ski room door is located 15 meters from the spinale lift. The hotel is well maintained and all the facilities are great. The stuff is also very helpful. The only problem we had is low pressure in the shower. I hope the will fix it. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Situated next to the Spinale chairlift, it's as close as you'll get to a ski in/ski out in Madonna. The hotel has been extensively revamped. We (two friends) were given a triple room on the 2nd floor; this reflected the dated and horrible décor on the whole floor (interestingly, the décor looks new) and was not fit for purpose. A twin room was quickly procured on the first floor; this was far better in terms of décor and finish. The hotel handled this very well indeed, and without fuss. Breakfast is comprehensive, and as you would expect. We did not dine in the evening, so I cannot comment on the food. The spa facilities are excellent and modern. The bar area is modern, and styled in contemporary fashion - although some may find the overall appearance a little heavy on the bling. The wine list is decent, but the markups on the top wines are rather steep. Selling a €80 bottle of 2011 Tignanello for €330 is not acceptable. Maybe it's the clientele they are looking for? We had to leave early in the morning. Without prompting, the hotel offered breakfast bags - a nice touch. In summary, it's a modern hotel with helpful staff, in a great location. Overall value for money was good. I would certainly stay here again.

We flew from the Virgin Islands where we live to Milan, then drove to Madonna di Compiglio to ski. Lift is next to hotel. Hotel was perfect. We had a great stay.

Perfect stay for a family of four, couldn't fault it at all. We had a quadruple room on a half board basis and it worked brilliantly. The kids loved it, particarly the pool, and the food was great. All in all a wonderful stay and we will be back for sure next year.

The hotel's location is fantastic being right beside the Spinale Gondola giving immediate access to the slopes and ski hire. It was also a minute's walk to the centre of the village. The hotel staff were extremely polite, friendly and professional and the hotel was overall excellent with great spa facilities which were very welcome after our long days exercise. On the downside, while our room was spotlessly clean it was a little small for our needs and a little dated. We booked a room that we were told was suitable for 4 Adults however it was more suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. 1 adult was expected to sleep in a foldaway bed which was a number of inches too short for him. Apart from breakfast, our only experience of the food was a sandwich upon arrival which was underfilled and overpriced! Breakfast however was very good with a wide choice of items to cater for all tastes.

the hotel is clean, extremely well situated just outside one of the main ski lifts. Food was abundant and very good quality.Spa was pleasant and treatments were delivered very professionally. However the overall decoration is dated and could do with a serious lift and the front desk staff wasnt the most friendly or helpful.

Very relaxing experience - hotel's spa is a great way to soothe aching feet after a day hiking in the nearby valleys or mountain trails. Service is excellent and we found the staff to be exceptionally helpful. The room is not only comfortable but invites you to spend more time in it, which is no small achievement considering the siren call of the mountains and forest immediately outside its doors. Great location with onsite (covered) parking; highly recommended!
