The hotel's location and atmosphere are excellent. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and have plenty of room for luggage. There's also a large window with a beautiful view. All the staff are very attentive, changing towels, making linens, and refilling drinking water daily. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning; you have to open the window to let in the cool air, which does involve some wind noise. Overall, I was very impressed and loved the hotel.

Had a great stay at Hilton Niseko Village! The direct ski access made everything so easy, and the onsen was perfect after snowboarding. Views were unreal too. Only downside is the hotel feels a bit old and there’s not much around, but overall really nice if you’re here for skiing.

The resort facilities are top notch, have own ski track, children slide, restaurants, and onsen, suitable for family holiday.

The place is beautiful, clean, and has amazing views. It's close to the ski slopes, but the staff weren't very helpful with recommendations, such as about hotel services, probably because there were a lot of guests during my visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Niseko Village. The location is perfect for skiing and the views are absolutely beautiful. The staff were warm, professional, and always very helpful. The food was delicious, especially breakfast—great variety and quality. The onsen was a highlight of our stay, very relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was quite weak and unstable at times. Hopefully this can be improved in the future. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Nice hotel,will be back here again. They have all in here. Shuttle bus to every place. And if you want go to sapporo by bus, you must book when you check in, beacause they just have one time around 4pm ,its always full.

The hotel is very comfortable and well-equipped. There are restaurants nearby, so there’s no need to go outside to look for food. The service is excellent, and the hotel also has an onsen available for guests.

I really enjoyed the outdoor onsen. That night, I got to go to the outdoor onsen where it was very windy and snowy, a very special experience. But the next morning, when it was sunny and beautiful, I couldn't go out to bathe outdoors because of the strong wind :( I was a little disappointed about that.

WOW. AMAZING! I love the view of Mount Yotei. Food is good. Some staffs are speaking Indonesian in the restaurant. Onsen was Super Amazing with Mount Yotei View. Far from public facilities. Make sure you buy some from Kutchan before heading to Hotel Osusume:)

The staff are all very accommodating and able to speak English well. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown for a class like Hilton. It wasn't up to my expectations, and both days we had the same variety of foods, which was not really up to our expectations compared to the price we paid.

The best hotel I ever stayed so far, great views, good facilities, near to the ski resort just like private ski resort, great place for vacation especially in winter season, sure we’ll come back

It was so fun.. the room view was like the frozen movie scene.. so amazing.. the gondola right beside the hotel.. ski school also available.. and there's so many other activities if you're not skiing.. you can do raindeer sledding, snow mobile, snow rafting.. also you can play snow for unlimited time at its surrounding cause its quite and huge.. really love the place...
