I've recently stayed at the Imperial Narathiwat Hotel. The Presidential Room offers ample space, making it perfect for families. The hotel's reasonable pricing and friendly staff add to its charm. Good service, clean place, very suitable for Muslims. Halal, next time will come to stay here, suitable for Halal Muslims.

In the app it says check in at 3:00 p.m. but you can check in at noon. The room is good.

Old and dilapidated hotel. It does not deserve to be ranked three-star. It might have been a great hotel decades ago, but now, it is totally run down. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

1) Lobby has no air-conditioning. 2) Stained bed sheets. 3) Broken closet drawers. 4) Stained carpet on lift area. 5) Moldy bathroom tiles. 6) Stained bath tub. 7) Moldy and smelly air-con blower. 8) Very old hotel. 9) Old and almost broken sofa chair in the room. 10) False advertising to have rated it three to four stars. 11) Avoid this hotel if possible. 12) NOT value for money.

Staff are very helpful. The hotel room is large. Good location.

กระจกไม่เช็ดเลย มีกางเกงเด็กน่าจะแขกคนเก่าแขวนบนราว มีเศษเส้นผม รวมๆคือเหมือนห้องไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด เตียง ผ้าปูก็เหมือนยังไม่ซักมีเศษๆฝุ่นทราย ไม่คิดว่าโรงแรมใหญ่จะมองข้ามเรื่องควาทสะอาด ที่ไม่โอเคคือ กางเกงแขกคนเก่าแขวนอย่างเห็นได้ชัด เท่ากับคงไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด แค่จัดระเบียบเฉยๆ

Lovely staff, very impressed, excellent service.

The room was a bit run-down but it was quite okay for comfort, spacious, location, parking, safety and all facilities provided with halal breakfast.

หาของกินสะดวกข้ามไปเป็นตลาด /เดินไปตลาดคนเดินได้ /แต่ควรตรวจสอบห้องพักก่อนให้ลูกค้าเช็คอินอะค่ะ(น่าจะทำความสะอาดไว้แล้วยังไม่มีคนมาพักจึงมีฝุ่นและแมลงสาบอะค่ะ) แต่ไม่ซีเรียสค่ะ อยากให้คนช่วยๆกันมาพักเยอะๆ เค้าจะได้ปรับปรุงให้ดียิ่งๆ ขึ้นเพราะสภาพโดยรอบๆโอเครเลยค่ะ

แมลงสาป เต็มห้องน้ำ และไรฝุ่นบนเตียงเยอะมาก คันทั้งตัว แถมระบบน้ำอุ่น​พังทั้งโรงแรม​ ลาขาด

โรงแรมเก่ามากๆๆๆ ห้องพักมีแมลงสาบเกือบทุกห้องที่จอง ห้องเหม็นอัฟ ทุกอย่างเก่ามากๆๆ ไม่แนะนำเลยค่ะ ไม่มีน้ำอุ่นด้วย ทุกอย่างเก่าหมด

อาหารอร่อยดี แต่อ่างน้ำขึ้นสนิม ฝักบัวปรับไม่ได้ เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นใช้งานไม่ได้ สภาพห้องไม่เหมือนกับที่โฆษณา
