A really pleasant stay here, along with a very warm welcome. The hotel is in a quiet more rural village just outside Cuenca. Extremely clean and excellent value for money. Fully recommended.

I was accused of "sneaking" an unauthorized number of people into my room after hotel staff gave me a room with specifications different from those listed beside the room when I purchased it. I was promised two rooms with two twin beds and one double EACH, and instead was shown into two rooms with only one double bed each. As if the inconvenience weren't enough, the staff treated us like criminals trying to pull a fast one-- we even were made to pay 40 euro extra upon checkout. Nice.

A la llegada no habia nadie en el hotel y tuvimos que esperar.una d las veces que fuimos a la habitacion serian las 4 de la tarde y la habitacion aun no estaba limpia..la chica de la limpieza estaba a medias de limpiar la habitacion.

Habitación correcta y personal amable. Recomendable.

Todo esta muy bien, lo malo es que hacia mucha calor, pero por el resto muy bien.
