Super friendly and attentive staff. Pool area is great with a nice bar area where they cook fresh pizzas, but of course, you can sample the local favorites such as ceviche and fish tacos, which I would recommend. Rooms were super clean and spacious. Maid comes everyday which is apparently a luxury in the U.S. now. Big balconies for morning coffee and the beautiful view. Honestly, I don’t think the pictures of the place do it justice.

Pros:great pool,plenty chairs and space is super clean and very classy, service is excellent, food is amazing at both restaurants. Short walk to main attractions and many good restaurants Cons: No in room fridge is very inconvenient because you cant keep anything cold. The seaside road is superloud with car music and motorcycles on weekend nights to very late,couldn't sleep.

Great hotel, views, location and cleanliness. Pool bar is too expensive and at happy hour, if you don’t ask for the 2 for 1 at every drink, they will conveniently forget to give it to you. What ever you do, don’t run a tab as you will get up charged. Get the included breakfast. On busy days and Sunday’s, they have a great buffet. On the other days, you get eggs to your liking with fresh fruit and coffee. If you don’t get the included breakfast, eat in town as paying as you go is way too expensive.

Oswaldo was amazing! He made us feel so welcome. I can’t say enough about how fantastic this hotel is. The staff the cleanliness, the condition of the hotel are top all notch. We travel to Mexico a lot and this hotel was one of the best!

We paid to include breakfast. It was worth it. We enjoyed breakfast everyday. They always had a good variety. The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable; always willing to help. The property was very clean. The rooms were spacious, pretty and beautiful views.

Great location close to the harbor, restaurants and shops. Spotless and so comfortable. Great restaurants and bars on site. Wonderful place to stay in Loreto. The ocean view rooms are fantastic with large Balconies. Just note there is some traffic noise in the evening as the main street runs in front of hotel next to the sea.

Only real complaint is that there was no hot water left for an evening shower.
