Loves this hotel

It was an awesome looking hotel experience, however the fancy illuminated buttons in my room could not be turned off and the curtains don't cover them so it really didn't get blackout dark in the room. Hotel felt awesome but I didn't get a good night sleep so that earns my rating 3/5 Don't bother with the folgers machine for breakfast, head across the road to Starbucks..

Beautiful hotel! Modern and clean. Beds super comfortable and delicious breakfast with lots of choices.

The hotel is a good spot for families. The breakfast included is also great for them. We had a loud dog on top of our room which was noisy but they dealt with it promptly. The pool is also great but the floating devices were soaking from the night before. Not cleaned or hung to dry.

Perfect in all ways from moment of checking in to departure. Staff extremely friendly

Every year we go on our annual snowboarding trip and this is our half way mark on the drive. We stop and stay here and it's always a wonderful stay. The pool is great for the kids and the rooms so very nice.

Enjoyed my stay - would stay more option however price fluctuations on the stay are annoying.

Bed could be more comfortable

The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was good and well organized. Light switches in rooms were hard to locate they are small black buttons on the wall unit, and headboard. Staff at desk were not very friendly! The use of automated text message based checkin service was sketchy and seemed almost like a scam asking you to upload photo ID and credit card without even providing confirmation number! Do better Best Western, almost don’t want to stay at BW anymore if They continue that method!

We arrived at about 1:30 AM and we were very happy that the front desk was still being staffed. That being said - the guy was rude as hell. The say staffer was nice.

Our room was clean and updated. The hot breakfast had many options. Lots of parking, close by o the casino and restaurants.
