Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, generous breakfast buffet and comfortable common areas.

Great base for vistobg Västerås and the surrounding area

I liked the beds, individual duvets and the breakfast buffet. It was close to anything you could need.

Came back after many years - the same high standard as in 2010 when visited 1st time. Still one of best breakfast in the world 👍

A great hotel!! The beds are like heaven you sink down like on a cloud. Very good layout of the room. Friendly people!! Old wonderful building. I’ll stay here again if I come to Västerås (instead of the steam hotel😊)

Had trouble making arrangements originally saying overbooking. Then tried again day later and was able to make arrangements. Very nice and clean.

Lovely hotel. We did experience a bad odor in the bathroom that they addressed when we brought it to their attention (from the shower drain?), but it seems odd the customer would have to note that (and it was back again to a lesser extent the next morning).

This is a great place right in the center of town. Great breakfast too.

Saknade eluttag bredvid varje säng i dubbelrummet. Annars toppentrevligt.

Tyst och lugnt område. Stort plus att det gick att öppna fönstret på rummet

Personalen var toppen. Trevliga och tillmötesgående. Tyvärr var extra sängen som bars in väldigt hård och obekväm så småbarnsmamman som verkligen behövde sova gott vaknade mycket. Men hon sa inget, annars hade hon ju såklart fått sova i dubbelsängen istället. Det luktade också avlopp i hallen.

Allt var mycket bra!
