No hot water in the shower and the bathroom was to cold.

The Buffé in the restaurang Wasn’t good enough. The warm meals was terrible. Overcooked salmon and chicken.

Nice hotel near Kristiansand Dyrepark. The rooms has good side and are clean. Good breakfast and both pet and family-friendly.

When we arrived at the hotel at 5.30 , long time after original checkin, the room was not ready for us 3, only for 2. So we needed to ask them to make an extra bed for us and extra towels. When I was going to the toilet, it was blood or poop on the toilet seat, so I started our visit with cleaning the toilet. My son 6 years old, comment in the glasses on the sink, they were sticky. The room was very little and didnt feel clean The breakfast was great and the children enjoyed the play room in the basment

Clean room perfect for short stays

Clean room and great service… As always, Breakfast was great and typical Scandic style.

The rooms were really small for a family of 4 but we made it work. We had to have a baby crib in the room for our youngest which made it a bit tighter. One of the biggest issues was the breakfast. There was no one by the door telling people where to sit, so people were just walking around looking for tables which made it a lot more hectic. Both mornings we had to ask for the table to be cleaned because the employees were focused on other tasks. The second morning we were there (Saturday) was pandemonium. There were actually people standing and eating on the tables where the buffet food is placed instead of waiting for a table. I found this quite disgusting/unsanitary, but the staff didn’t ask them to move.

Convenient as we needed to get on the feery to Denmark early in the morning. Hotel & food were good. Bartender was not very knowledgeable about anything Norwegian.

Our room was tiny and cramped with basically no lighting. The beds were uncomfortable. The only possible was that the parking was included. Would not stay again

The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was comfortable and quiet. Overall an excellent choice.

Distance for going to Dyreparken is perfect. We found a half eaten bag of sweets in our bed, makes you wonder if they even changed the sheets before our stay. Property is due for renovations. We got only 1 towel for 3 guests. There could have been more options at the breakfast buffet.

They had complimentary coffee and tea however no one told us about it at check it, that would have been nice to know.

The hotel staff, pool, and breakfast were wonderful, but the room was incredibly cramped and not even close to sound-proof, so we heard the conversations from our next door neighbor and his family. The bathroom was rundown and could use some updating.

It was a nice room, the dinner buffet was excellent (though expensive) and the breakfast buffet was also great. The wi-fi was way too slow. The staff was really nice.

Very clean, friendly staff and fun amenities. Rooms were small but had good use of space. Arrived too late to enjoy the outdoor pool but kids had fun on mini zip line. Wonderful breakfast with great selection of American and European options. Highly recommend.

Maten som man kunne kjøpe på kvelden var helt forferdelig begge dager ennå godt at mc donals var nært. Frokosten var ok. Basenget hadde ikke vann , burde vært opplyst på nettsiden man bestiller. Værtfall når dem er familievenlige. Personalet var hyggelig da.

Frokosten var ok. Middagsbuffeten fredag var fryktelig dyr med utvalget som var. Det var skuffende. Middag lørdag ble inntatt annet sted!
