Yes, view was fantastic but never used the spa.

Great buffet for breakfast and dinner. Great location on the water. Has paid parking. Staff very friendly. Very clean property Enjoyed our stay there.

The staff are wonderful, welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here although I wouldn't recommend using the steam sauna. It's outdated, has a moldy smell and the paint is peeling. The tiled area in the sauna area could use a refresh. Other than that the rooms were clean, updated and the beds were comfortable.

The El cid hotel is an excellent hotel, we have stayed twice now and have enjoyed the hotel.and facilities each time.The location to the beautiful beach and lots of restaurants and shops is second to none! The hotel rooms and facilities are in my opinion superb, the food is fantastic with lots of variety..I would highly recommend this hotel in the Playa de Palma area, also.only 10 mins drive to the airport, so.tranfers are minimal. Palma is a short 20 min drive away with all the things a lovely city has to offer!! Dont hesitate, , give this hotel serious consideration when looking, you will be glad you did.😎🏝🌞👌

Location was great and staff were fine. 2 stars because we stayed for 2days with a very weak to none existent WiFi in the room. The A/C control unit must be for show because the room stayed warm, never at all got cold or at least cooled down. Overall OK but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. 10minutes on the bus from the airport. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Amazing views and lots of places to sit and see the sea. Lovely breakfast and snacks. Enjoyed the sangria!

This is a nice hotel in a great location.. The food whilst there was a good selection of different foods it was always cold !! And I mean stone COLD ! The only time the selection of food on offer was Warm was at 7 pm immediately. The restaurant opened if you went to the restaurant after 7:15 pm the food was always stone cold…. The only way to get hot food was from the selection of food that the chef cooked for you…

Antiquated hotel but very clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. More of a 3-3.5 star Property. Only negative was my check out was noon sand at 12:05 they asked me to leave ( I was running a little late )

Amazing location, view and staff. Spotlessly clean. Huge choice of food on half board. Did not want to leave.

I was only here for 1 night but it was perfect for my needs. The staff were fantastic and I even got an early check-in. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Bedding, towels need to be upgraded. Poor quality bedding sheets and towels. Food at dinner was average. No tap water provided only bottled water were available for a fee even with half board option.

AC was not working properly but other that I was a great place

Great hotel, the best we have had yet. No shuttle from the airport though. We walked from the airport (40mn) but it was a bit squetchy in some parts. You can take the A2 bus almost directly to this hotel. We had a room with partial sea view. It was an amazing view of the pool area and the sea. This hotel has 2 pools, a private sauna and turkish bath (you can book in advance), tennis courts, etc. They sent us a card for my wife's birthday and offered us 2 complementary drinks at the bar. Excellent customer service, no complaint at all. The dinner is 18 euros for an all you can eat buffet. It is ok, not extraordinary. We did it once and then went to explore the many great restaurants around the area. We found that this hotel had the best beach, best access, etc. We rented bikes and went around all the way to Palma centre, the cathedral, the market, etc. It was a perfect way to explore the area due to the many bike paths. Would recommend.

Loved this area to stay in. Hotel is very clean with incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are probably just at the point of needing an update but probably for price, they are on par. Would be happy to pay slightly more for updated facilities. Breakfast option was great and on-site restaurant really nice too. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others
