We spent two nights at this property and were impressed with the service, room, cleanliness and facilities. We booked a room with a view and were very happy as our view both looked out at the pool and ocean. Parking was abundant for free on the street nearby. There were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. But, it was approximately a 30 minute drive in o town to see the sights and cathedral so if you don't have a car the location may not be convenient. Taxis/uber are not cheap. Approximately 20 Euros to the airport which is a 7 minute drive. The beach and walkway along the ocean is beautiful. The only negative was you had to go thru the lobby to access the ocean and thru the bar to access the main pool. It would have been nicer/more convenient to be able to access the ocean from the pool area.

The breakfast was excellent but the staff seem more concerned with sticking to their rules rather than making the guests satisfied.

They wont give you an upgrade or bottle of wine like expedia says so dont expect that. The amenities are great and the breakfast buffet was pretty good for only €12. If you have a balcony "with obstructed sea view" and its anything like ours, you cant see thr sea without sticking your head over the railing and looking hard left, so no sea view really. Its also very loud in the rooms, you can hear everyone around you in their rooms, if the cough, laugh, talk, walk, make any sound, you will hear it like they're right next to you.

Great location next to beach, nice pool area, good wifi

Very clean, very windy, the sauna has to be booked in advance, the gym is very small. No jacuzzi , indoor pool cold, food was divine. Restaurant staff excellent, other staff not so nice except the older man with glasses at reception was so kind.

Very clean hotel! Staff constantly cleaning and was spotless All staff very friendly and helpful Some areas could do with a bit of modernisation like the bar and reception area. Would be useful for lunch orders at the bar to start before 1.30pm Very popular for cyclists Sunloungers could also do with an upgrade and they need to do something when the parasol metal poles are sticking out of the ground with no parasol in it as it is a trip hazard.

The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Extra pillows were available in the room as well as towels to use around the pool. The balcony is surprisingly large and the view was just as good as the pictures showed (I had a sea view looking out over the bay.

We were able to check in straight away when we arrived early

Rooms are not soundproof you can hear people talking and water flush next room didn’t get any sleep I will not recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms, very comfortable and clean. Brilliant location, so close to the beach and the view from our balconies was fab. The outdoor pools were closed (being November, understandable!) but we used the indoor pool. It's small but good. The breakfast buffet was good value and enjoyable.

Fantastic quite stay at the end of the season.

Enjoyed my room with side sea view. Spotless room. Went for half board and dinner options were super. Very efficient service in the dining room. Generally the hotel was very quiet except when music night in the bar& your room is directly above it!

Really enjoyed our stay here, could have stayed much longer if time permitted. Cleanliness, location and helpful staff mad our stay fabulous.

The air conditioning wasn’t working and then the water stopped working. It was noisy outside the hotel all night long. Had to sleep with AirPods in.
