Air conditioning in our room did not work well, after telling the hotel staff to check our ac in the room it still didn’t work… room was extremely hot especially during this hot weather… we check out at 6 am because we couldn’t tolerate or rest in our room … NEVER staying there again especially because it was an expensive room

Location was great but the upkeep of the rooms was below standard. Leaking roofs, missing amenities and the property as a whole needs a re-fresh. Staff was excellent, and made our stay pleasant.

El principal motivo por el que escogi el hotel fue la alberca y estaba cerrada lo cual fue para mi una grande decepcion porque acostumbro ir a nadar , 2 noches no tuvimos agua ni para el sanitario, otras 2 noches no habia agua caliente para bañarnos.

Excelente atención al cliente, aunque el hotel está en ciertas áreas en remodelación, la calidad del lugar está excelente.

We guests should have a reserved parking spot when is a busy weekend and the compact parking lot is constantly full with trucks

This hotel is outdated and needs a good renovation. Water from the shower was all over the room bathroom (Even with the door closed), drain was half blocked so a pool on the shower was created. Floors were full of scratches and trims were all broken or damaged. Bed was OK They provide a bare minimum of bathroom amenities (be prepared to bring your own stuff) Hotel is well located but seems like they dont care about guests complaints.

Good Hotel Overall

My shower floor would flood and spill out I wasn’t aware you needed to place the card key inside the reader inside the room to turn on the electricity So I call as soon as I check in and say “ excuse I have no electricity in my restroom “, lady on front desk says “we will send someone right away “ An hour goes by and nobody showed up so I call again and exact same thing “we will send someone right away” and again nobody showed up I took a nap and woke up a couple of hrs later to now realize the tv wasn’t turning on nor the lights on the rest of the room so I call a 3rd time and now the lady at the front desk explains to me “ you need to insert your key , blah blah blah “ Ok now I get it but why wouldn’t the person when I first called explain that to me ? No hairdryer in my room and I had to pay for my breakfast because I didn’t ask if it was included since I was as already fed up with the previous issues Nice location super close to my venue that’s the highlight here

Everything was perfect when I stayed at the Antaris. No problems at all.

Property antiquated, needs upgrade
