Overall a very nice hotel. Clean, accessible, large rooms and bathrooms and helpful/friendly staff. However, the ground floor bar/restaurant was not good as we ordered a meal and drinks and only my wife's meal arrived and then after several queries a meal arived 75 minutes later but was not what I ordered - basically no English speaking staff.

Great location. Easy to walk to shops and dining in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable with good temperature control. It does not have tissues which would have been appreciated. Decent breakfast but one full sized napkin at each place setting seems appropriate. Meal offers cocktail napkins only.

The room was a little old fashioned but very clean and lovely view of the mountains. We found the staff to be a little rude and we noticed some people on arrival got a glass of fizz and others did not, we did not and we were on our honeymoon so would have been nice. Breakfast was nice. I got a massage which was so lovely, bit of a strange set up, spa/pool area.

The hotel is centrally located. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We really liked our stay at the Sheraton Mendoza.

Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Only quibble they tried to charge us twice for one of the breakfasts. We had breakfast included in the booking. Had to ask for room service breakfast one morning and instead of charging for just the service they charged for the whole breakfast again. Anyhow it was swiftly sorted and reimbursed.

No ramps or help to carry luggage. Shuttle to airport is a separate service

We are a couple who stayed for one night. The room was in good condition. However, we found the buffet opening hours (9:00 to 11:00) to be quite short compared to international standards. We chose this hotel because it advertised having an airport shuttle, and there was no indication that VAT was not included in the price. When we asked about these two issues, we were told by Marcelo, the concierge, that we should book directly with the hotel next time and contact Expedia regarding these matters. We found this response unprofessional and not appropriate for a hotel of this category. Other than that, everything was good. I might not book at this hotel again.

Roome was clean and staff were great. Rooms were a bit tired and lacked amenities such as kettles , coffee , tea , water.
