Great hotel to use prior to flight. Easy access to the airport with shuttle available to take you there. Really enjoyed our stay!

The air conditioning system was not working. We were hot and uncomfortable our entire stay. They brought us a fan after an hour wait.

Easy to from airport

The Clayton presents itself as a modern hotel with good amenities. It is on par with most 3 - 4 hotels at airports elsewhere. Nothing really stood out as exceptional although we liked the free airport shuttle. The rooms do not have A/C and are uncomfortably hot on warm days.

This is a lovely hotel very clean and beautiful.The restaurants are nice and the breakfast was amazing.The shuttle however was very confusing we waited 30 mins at the wrong spot then had a 15-20 min walk with my elderly parents to a different spot

Everything was as expected, confusion with two Clayton Hotels at the airport, Clayton Bus driver not friendly, not willing to give info re correct Clayton hotel at the airport. Most travellers were confused. Difficulty in self check in at lobby. Otherwise lobby staff very friendly and helpful and premises clean. Italian restaurant at the Hotel to be recommended.

They have the guest transfer process to and from the airport down to a science, no worries here. Online checkin - easy to use and pickup your card if you need something, i had the desk call me a taxi to go to Malahide Castle and Gardens... they were quick to get some transportation going. -also if you have a couple hours, i would recommend getting one last castle visit in over at Malahide... :)

We had a flight out of Dublin the next day, so we opted for an airport hotel. We had actually arrived a week earlier and stayed at another property in Dublin in the Temple Bar district, so the real priority on this last night was proximity to the airport. The Clayton is very modern and clean and comfortable. Their bar and restaurants are very good. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient and easy. Great place to stay if you want/need to be near the airport.

One of the client service representatives was very nice and helpful. She told me where the charging station was. Another client service representative was not as helpful.

A/C was not working. Dead bolt didn’t work. Elevators suck. Had clam chowder and the potato’s were not fully cooked. Canceled the rest of my stay. Booked another hotel.

Clean room, cute decor, convenient location and shuttle to and from airport

The rooms are great but no air flow and no air conditioning. The worst part is the staff, including the manager. We waited at the airport over 45 minutes for a bus along with a ton of others. When the driver picked us up he was nasty. Tried to say I was lying and that another bus has picked up people 10 minutes prior. Continued to argue with me on the bus in front of others who corroborated my account of a 45 minutes prior wait! Told me it’s free and I could take a cab. Extremely rude and didn’t like the truth. I reported it to the manager, who was also belligerent. So, I will be taking it further on principle. The restaurant is also seriously lacking and the host really doesn’t care. Small point, but the menu says ravioli and you get served tagliatelle. Big difference, but not one person in the restaurant understood. Just do yourself a favor and choose another hotel! As a travel photographer and writer, I can’t wait to publish my article including this place.
