The best possible place to stay in Annemasse

It was very convenient for a family of 4

I had to pay in cash meanwhile the card transaction went through.

In the middle of a building site, accessed only by driving the wrong way down a one way road. Dirty room, balcony door didn’t close or lock. Nothing work eating at breakfast and no plates to eat off anyway.

It was good for the price and good location from tha tram and train station.

Clean and worked very well for a short stay. Friendly front-desk staff. The room was standard, small with a comfy bed. Fresh towels every day. Within the room the shower was smelly (the drain). The shower head was also leaky. These were just minor things, otherwise pretty good value.

Booked two rooms for family of four. Very clean hotel. Small rooms. Decent continental breakfast. Only a seven minute stroll to the railway station where you can get trains into central Geneva that take little over 20 minutes. Friendly staff. The lift wasn't working but that wasn't n issue as we were on the first floor.

Room with AC and calm in a great location (right in the center)

We stayed here as a budget friendly alternative to staying in Geneva. It wasn't fancy but you aren't paying for fancy. The room was clean, spacious, great shower, comfy bed, free wifi and large fluffy towels. The staff all spoke great English, were really friendly and helpful. We stayed over a weekend and we could hear the bars and restaurants below on the Saturday night but it didn't stop us sleeping, The other nights we heard nothing. Transport links were great for both the train and tram. We easily explored Geneva and the Alps.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.The weekend we stayed was a special one with loud music just outside and it was not their fault.

We inform them before coming we stay only 3 days instead 5 days and discuss with you you accept because we had some problems in Bucharest after that they didn’t pay

Took them 3 attempts to give us a clean room, we had to change rooms after the first night and they charged us twice. But hey, they gave us a free breakfast. The walls to the rooms were insanely thin and we could hear every single noise outside. But the location is pretty damn good.

Service nulle en général

We booked a 4-person unit, even though there were only 3 of us traveling. We expected it to be more spacious. It just included one queen bed, and two twin beds. There wasn't any real dresser, so we had to keep our clothes in the tiny closet, or the open-shelf unit. Mostly kept stuff in our packing cubes. The room was directly on a busy street, so noise was a problem at night. Staff were extremely nice, and very helpful.

We chose this hotel as an ideal location to break a journey to the French Alps, but after the long drive from the UK, we were kept awake by the noise from a popular bar opposite the hotel, and then by a crowd of youngsters who had chosen the adjacent room (205) to hold a party at 1:00am! The night porter did come up, following my request, and spoke to the occupants, but loud chatter continued until 6:00am! Thankfully, the hotel breakfast lifted our spirits, but we will not be staying here again.
