Fantastic hotel in a perfect Lisbon location—easy to walk everywhere and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and attentive, and the room was perfectly cleaned every day. The highlight was an unexpected birthday surprise: champagne and chocolate waiting in my room. I never mentioned my birthday—they noticed it from my passport, which was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommended. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place, close to tourist places including restaurants. Cleaned room, fantastic breakfast, I enjoyed my stay here for 2 weeks. I was here for work. I loved it. Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone friends and family.

Room was always cleaned and tidy. The Hotel wash located in a very safe area of Baixa with lot's of great restaurants close by. Great front desk service.

Fabulous location with pleasant and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were modern and clean. Perfect for a short stay before our cruise. Easy walking distance to Rua Augusta, Tram 28 and cruise port.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They arranged transport for us from the airport and held our luggage for us after checkout so that we could go on one additional tour. The room was clean, breakfast was very good and the location was very convenient.

The room was on the smaller side, but clean. The main reason we chose this hotel was its location. It's central, making it easy to return for quick breaks throughout the day.

Very clean, the staff were wonderful. Bathrooms are rather small, and tubs are quite hard to step out of when you're soaking wet - I'm pleased I'm not of the age where this would be an issue.

The staff was great, especially the front desk staff. The first night we had no AC in the room. Also the bathrooms have no bidets. Very small area to hang clothes (2 or 3 items at most). Shower had no hand rails anywhere and all mirrors. A bit slippery. Breakfast very good

We had a very good and comfortable stay at the hotel. It was within walking distance of the main attractions of Lisboa and restaurants. The breakfast was very good. My room was spacious and bed so comfortable. However, no closet space except a tiny closet for my clothes. But, overall I will definitely stay at this hotel if I ever visit Lisboa again. The staff was very courteous and helpful with all of our questions.
