Staff was amazing and rooms were really clean

The location and the breakfast were great!

The hotel is in a good position and the staff are friendly. However there isn't a lot of space around the pool and there isn't much atmosphere in the bar or general areas. Charging €15 per day to park and €4 for use of a room safe is excessive

The location of the property was top-notch, however the actual rooms within the hotel were old, dated, and little left to be desired. We actually saw a big roach on our balcony - not a great impression. Our rooms were small and the bathroom walls were yellow stained.

The hotel was nice and clean ,the staff were friendly and helpful . I had to pay €15 for parking but Puerto is a nightmare to park so I didn’t mind too much . I put my stuff in the safe and then it locked it in . I had to then pay €4 a day for the safe to get a code to open the safe . The room was nice and clean but no coffee making facilities or fridge . The pool was ok and clean . We were kept awake by a party going off in the hotel until after midnight . Then theirs the food !!! Not very nice at all and Luke warm this was for both the evening and breakfast . I wish we would have gone breakfast only so we could have gone out for dinner . We were also left trapped in the hotel as nobody told us about a cycle race that closed the hotel car park all day .

This is a fabulous hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was nice. Location was great. We also enjoyed the spa. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

First off location was perfect. Right by everything but quiet on the end. Staff 💗 was the best out my entire stay on Tenerife. The nicest most helpful from front desk to housekeeping. I’d stay anytime I’m in Tenerife.

Great location

A superb location, friendly staff and good facilities at a reasonable cost. The only 'downside' were some hidden charges in having to rent the safe in the room. Having said that would certainly consider staying there again.

Great location near the brach and boardwalk. Beautiful hotel, nice pool. Spa is a bit expensive and the room are not huge but very good for price with balcony

When we arrived to our room the videt Was dirty. I cleaned it with a tissue and what ever it was it was brown( i think it was s#@#@#) and also there was hairs in the sink. We told reception and all they said was "really sorry". Only when we went the second time they offered a complimentary spa and a bottle of cava. This is not the quality of cleaning you expect for a 4* hotel.

Amazing hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly. The location is perfect! If you want the best view, in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, this is the spot to stay. Can not wait to return!

I felt the staff were pleasant. The car park was quite expensive at 30€. The hotel is very dated, not at all like the photos very disappointing. I certainly wouldn’t stay there again.

Extremely well placed (in front of the only beach) and central, lovely hotel, amazing decoration and style. Good breakfast and decent dinner options. Extremely helpful staff, lovely sea view, probably the best hotel in Puerto de la Cruz you can find. Only parking is an issue, but that's not the hotel but the entire area suffers from lack of parking spaces.

Great hotel right near the water and close old town. We had trouble with getting wifi in our rooms for a couple of days and Maria at the front desk was super helpful in getting our rooms changed. We ended up getting a great view of Tiede (once the clouds decided to let us see it lol). Great breakfast buffets btw. Location is fantastic, and staff were always friendly. I’d stay here again easily.

Sparkling clean with an amazing Christmas display. Very helpful staff. I found the beds a bit too hard for my liking but otherwise excellent.

Stinky bathroom, horrible food, small room, no fridge or kettle, no extra blankets, old beds for a bad sleep.

Lovely stay. Great location and sea view!
