We had a problem with prepaymet and laguage barrier was also unpleasant, but hotel is ok.

Our 3rd stay here en route to Spain with our dog. Dog friendly room and restaurant. Great food and service. Convenient location just off motorway.

Overall for the cost, pretty good. Staff were excellent as was breakfast. Carpets in bedroom corridors needed cleaning or replacing. Best basic but ok. Parking was good and shopping mall in easy walking distance. Would stay again.

On a very hot day there was no air conditioning and in a concrete box room the heat was unbearable-worse night sleep in Europe

We had a family room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was comfortable. We had a dog which was no problem. They allowed the dog into the restaurant. The food at dinner was very disappointing and not worth the money. But the breakfast was good.

Back entrance convenient to parking was out of service. Air conditioning in the room was mediocre.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times while travelling to Spain, we like the secure car parking. Also it is dog friendly and you can take your dog with you in the dining area, which is good for us at breakfast both of us going in together with the dog then we can get an early start, also the breakfast is really nice

Good basic hotel for a stopover en route. 5 minutes from the A7 motorway. Very efficient friendly staff in hotel and restaurant. Clean, basic room. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Couldn’t find the reservation. When they found it, they didn’t had the type of rooms we reserved. Bathroom towels weren’t clean.

Room was not clean, breakfast was ridiculously organized due to the new COVID-19 situation. Lack of choices at the breakfast...

Only a quick overnight stay but everything was pretty good and Covid precautions were excellent

Still waiting for contact from hotel or hotels.com Said that hey would offer to change reservation, but when I tried more than 24 hours prior as requested it would not let me reschedule, email hotel directly and still have had no response.

Ibis style is generally good, comfy places with nice touches. Special effort made on the breakfast with a lot of organic and gluten-free products, super nice people and some work on reducing waste. Kudos for that! The whole family loved it.

The property is in need of updating, everything is looking a little tired. Staff are very good and try hard to please and help.

The room appeared to be nice. Just wished the bathroom had a shower curtain, better fan for moisture, and no "sour" smell in the bathroom from the poor ventilation. The front staff was great! Very courteous, professional, and helpful.
