The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of options to choose from, the team was wonderful as well. Highly recommend

The breakfast isn't good... it's fantastic! Everything about my room was great. Spacious, comfortable. There's free street parking right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended. Will stay there again!

Staff at reception desk completely confused and not polite. Maintenance could be better, skip the coffee and juice on the breakfast. Good location to explore the area.

Very loud Disco on Saturday evening in July inside hotel on Floor 1, just next to our Family room. So nobody could sleep that evening until when DJ stopped after midnight! We complained but no other triple room available to switch to. Complaint at check-out yielded in free parking (EUR 10) and free water bottle (EUR 2.20) - plus the 2 ladies at reception told me that I should normally pay extra for the 45 minutes of late check-out, but they will not charge!!! So, thanks for the EUR 12.20 compensation and the free 45 minutes...!!! Hotel is clean. Swimming pool and terrace is great. Restaurant is quite OK for the low price they charge on buffet. But of course when you order red wine, the only 3 bottles they have on stock are the 3 most expensive ones... Will not go there again - except if other hotels are fully booked and the hotel confirms a room only on 3rd (top) floor.

Certainly not 4 star, more like 3 - it was just ok. The accommodation was clean and the pool was ok, but the food in the evening was cold and the glasses dirty - we asked the waiter to change our glasses due to the dirt on all 4 of them and he took them away but didn't return so we went and helped ourself from another table, only for the waiter to return and shake his head with laughter. The other thing they don't mention is that it is directly opposite a nightclub and we were woken in the early hours by some noisey antics by club gooers and local boy racers who decided to use the precint opposite as a mini kart track. In summary, it's 'ok', but not 4 star and certainly not worth over £115 a night in our opinion.

Very good Hotel and very good the staff

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. A little bit outside the town, 15 min walk. Beach 5 min walk. Hot breakfast not great but plenty on the cold side that's good. Didn't get to use the pool area but it looks great. Good value for money.

La verdad una experiencia vergonzosa Tenía pagadas 2 noches en el hotel y después de passar el 1r dia al volver a la habitación me encuentro que la trajeta no abre la puerta de la habitación, me encuentro la chica de la limpieza en el passilo y me cuenta que le han dicho que ya no hay nadie en la habitación y que la prepare para otros huéspedes, cuando todas mis cosas estaban dentro. Baje a recepción a preguntar que estaba pasando y al principio no me hicieron caso y me trataron como si fuera tonto, al verme enfadado y que no me iba de allí sin una solución se lo miraron y bienn y se dieron cuenta que efectivamente se habían equivocado ellos y me volvieron a activar la tarjeta para el día que quedaba Lo peor es que no me pidieron disculpas en ningún momento y encima por la actitud del personal de recepción demostraban que les daba igual lo que passara

Personeel is ontzettend aardig en hulpvaardig. Fantastisch ontbijtbuffet met veel verse en heerlijke producten. 1 Fauteuil in de junior suite was zo kapot dat je er geen gebruik van kon maken.

Kamer was wel wat verouderd. Met name het langwerpig bureau daarvan was de voorzijde de bekleding bijna helemaal eraf, de grote fauteuil zag er versleten eruit. De zitstoelen buiten op het balkon zitten allesbehalve comfortabel. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het ontbijtbuffet is voortreffelijk.

La habitación con vistas a la piscina fantástica, amplia y limpia. Buffet desayuno bastante bien y camareros atentos. El hotel tenía un olor raro al entrar a tubería y el baño necesitaba algún arreglo

Ne se situe pas dans le centre de platja d'aro mais a 15/20 min a pieds. Fatiguant a faire tous les jours mais il y a quand meme pas mal de boutiques et de restauration possible autour de l'hôtel. Chambre tres propre, personnel irréprochable. Nous avons passé un bon sejour dans cet hotel.
