Overall, I just liked my stay.

Bad location. bad hospitality. bad services. no space in the room. very small bathroom.

It was clean and cozy.It was very comfortable to stay and relax in.

Good helpful reception, quick check in, I couldn’t get the room heating to work and there is a LED coloured strip light right above double bed, couldn’t find a switch for that to turn off, tried all buttons in the room, at the end it was late at night so fell asleep due to tiredness but i slept well on the comfy double bed. Nice and clean washroom, much better than Some of the big hotels of Oslo. Hotel doesn’t allow late checkout, i was told i have to pay 100kr per hour if i want late checkout, it would be nice to accommodate your guests a little bit. I would definitely recommend this hotel for online price.

It was a lovely stay, where we stayed in Oslo for around 3 days. The hotel was very nice and very clean. I would defiantly recommend paying extra for the breakfast because it was amazing value and everything was sooooo tasty!

Clean, comfortable, close to local transport and eateries.

This place convenient due to the metro was within walking distance apart from that nothing spectacular. The room did get too hot but there is a tiny thermostat, you just have to find it. Shower was brilliant- boiling hot water. The kitchen area was useable. We brought a saucepan from home and knife. Other than that there was plates, bowls, T-cup, cutlery just for 2 people. The mini fridge unfortunately wasn’t cold enough. We had a patio, the only problem is that people went there to smoke and socialise. The trick is move all the outdoor furniture away from your area so there is little noise and smell. I was very disappointed that house keeping didnt clean the room well and didn’t give us clean towels. Our toilet was dirty for 3 days - I did mention to reception but they said house keeping is very busy this time of year.

Exactly what I needed for a 24 hour layover in Norway! Super simple and central to public transportation.

It it a very beautiful and well located hotel only 15 mins from the centre with loads of restaurants around.

Good and rooms were nice. Really good breakfast as well. Walkable distance to centre.

The hotel is amazing for families we had a fantastic time in there. The transport access is very much appreciated near every grossery store. It is reallly recommend

Needed a home base to see Oslo sites. It was a bit farther out than I thought, but the metro stop nearby made it doable.

The staff were nice and the room was clean and nice. The hotel location was a bit of a hike from the city center but you could do it. It was also close to a subway station once you figured out how to use the subway.

Great area just east of the city centre, with plenty of stuff to see, do, drink and eat. I used to live in the area and know it well, but it’s not where many tourists will hang out. I still prefer this to the actual city centre. Apart from a couple of misses on the cleaning it’s a great place. Well-appointed and modern, easy access to the local tube (all lines) and the 20 bus (mother of all Oslo bus lines). Nice staff and I also had a balcony. Can recommend this place to any visitor.

Pictures show this hotel 2 stars higher. Disclaimer: We stayed the 1st week of August when temps are still mild. That made things rather bad, room was very warm with no AC and we had to resource to opening the window which filtered all the noise from the bus stop street literaritly 20Ft below. To top it off, the room had an annoying roof light that was designed to stay on 24 hrs (per management!!). The kitchen had not a single utensil to cook, despite having a kitchen. Despite the above, the staff was very nice and understanding and did all they could to assist us--within the limitations from the hotel ownership.

Location is good , close to the metro station. The staff helped us with a early check in so it was a good gesture. The Bed size needs to be bigger , its too small All good otherwise
