My stay as a solo traveler was very comfortable. Both young men at the front desk were very helpful and kind, and upon check in, the staff member provided helpful information for my stay. The apartment is very spacious, and important to note; the linens were crisp and bathroom was very clean. The property is a little dated, but it was wonderful for the 4 nights I was in the area. Please note; you must have a car as there is nothing within walking distance. I hope this helpful. I did not choose to have breakfast on the property.

Based on the attractive photos posted in the property listing, I thought I was getting a great off-season deal at a nice golf resort. Upon arrival, however, I immediately realized I had been misled. The property is seriously dilapidated and looks nothing like the pictures. The bathroom in the room was the worst. Not only was there a very unpleasant stench of sewer coming from the shower drain, but there was also mold throughout the bathroom, which is clearly a health hazard. The only positive aspects were the spacious room and the free parking. I strongly recommend staying away from this place until it has been fully renovated. In its current condition, it is simply not worth the money.

Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop.

A very good budget option for self catering. Excellent quality bed and linen in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils and was adequate for our needs. The golf course and lots of green space surrounds the property and it was easy to drive to Place des Italians for park and ride to Avignon. We would definitely stay again when driving from UK to our house in Spain. There was secure parking outside of the apartment and the car park gates shut overnight. It was a very comfortable, safe and peaceful place to stay.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, s l o w. Internet. Needs some updating.

It would have been nice not to have to block the shower drain because of the smell. Also the heater fan worked but not the heat. Had to use the hot water from the shower to heat the room. The Richard coffee was excellent !

The reception was warm and quite efficient. The room was spacious and had the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. The beautiful view of the golf course from our window was a bonus and so is the ample parking space.

There was no power outlet by the bed. Since I use a CPAP machine, I had to sleep 'the wrong' way (head where the fit was supposed to be), just to have the possibility to operate it while using the power outlet of the television. Very annoying.

Lots of space in the unit. Could use a paint job, but for the price it is very good value. Had enough plates and cutlery. Bring your own paper towels. Will stay here again.

My stay at the ResidHotel was very good. Originally I had planned to only stay 5 days, but I extended by another 2 days because it was very convenient for my needs (bike touring the area). The unit I stayed in was clean and well looked after and it was ideal to be on the ground floor to store my bike. If you don't have a car it may be a challenge to get around the local area as it is a fair ways to groceries and the like. It is possible to do on foot as I did it, but I am probably a little more ambitious than most. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay I would highly recommend this accommodation. Good value for money, clean and tidy and the staff were very accomodating.
