Everything was wonderful, including the location, the breakfast and the room. What was best however, was the front desk staff. Special mention for Victoria, who went above and beyond, to move me to a bigger room with a nicer view. Also, Chris, who provided with me with a nespresso machine that he brought from his house. And Eddy, who was always helpful and cheerful. I will see you again on my next visit!

Location was perfect for exploring Prague by foot. Staff were very kind. Breakfast was a bonus!

Hotel Staff were very friendly (particularly Taiwo) and kind but the room itself is old, dusty and well used. There were noticeable cracks in the furniture (sink wood paneling held together with glue) and the room had dust on surfaces. You could particularly feel the dust when sleeping. The pictures are dated - this hotel was last renovated at least a decade ago. Hard to find parking as well. Beware as it is extremely difficult for even loading and unloading.

Had an amazing stay with a free upgrade but the highlight was the staff. They went above and beyond and were truly next level!

The Icon hotel was absolutely perfect. All the staff could not do enough to help. The beds were comfy and the hotel made a special effort on my birthday. We would love to come back. Special thanks to Chris and a fab breakfast… those poached eggs were just the best! Thank you ICON! X

Great hotel in an excellent location — everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of fresh options, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

I chose Icon Hotel primarily for its convenient location but it was the staff that really made this special and is the reason it will be my first choice on my next trip to Prague. They were so warm and welcoming and really looked after me, making my trip all the more special. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the shower was fantastic. The re was a great selection of hot and cold breakfast items which was included in my room rate. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and thank the staff for their hospitality.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel rooms are a little too sparse. No wall decor, only one chair to sit on, edge of door was broken so you could easily hear anything in our room and it didn’t feel quite secure because of that. There is a smoking place next door and at night it is louder when you have a room against that wall and the room smells more of smoke. Besides the above, the hotel was in a wonderful central location, and it made for an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go.

Great stay. Personal touches for my wife’s birthday. The junior sweet was soacious. Nice.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are very kind. Especially, the sales manager Yiannis is incredibly nice and attentive to customers. I was surprised by his kindness and his quick response in resolving any issues. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again when I visit Prague.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very spacious and modern. The staff at breakfast were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Friendly staff, decent sized room - excellent location

Everything was very comfortable and cozy. Water pressure in the shower was the only downside.
