Quite a nice price/space ratio for a single room. Everything was clean. The woman at the counter was clear and smiling

The room appeared clean, however there was a smell of damp in the bathroom which spread into the other rooms. The furniture was quite tatty and really didn't fit the apartment. It just looked quite unloved and like it needed a redecoration. I also found it very difficult to wash dishes as the water wasn't hot enough and in the end had to put them through the dishwasher in order to get them clean. This isn't ideal. The sound proofing also isn't great and I could hear people in the corridor and in the adjacent room, this would be a problem if noise was made at night, which fortunately wasn't the case here. What was great is it is close to the main coach station and within easy walking distance of Jaude. I would use this again as an overnight stay on a long journey, however not otherwise sadly. It was however very reasonably priced.

The property is run down and looks like a hostel. Amenities are old and uncomfortable. Even though it is non smoking, it smelled like cigarette smoke. The unit didn’t have air conditioning and opening the window is not an option: other tenants are either smoking on the sidewalk or you have to deal with traffic noise coming from the very busy boulevard. All in all this isn’t worth the nightly rate.

The room was very small, no side table by the bed or lamp. The kitchen was very basic so if you don’t need to cook then not a problem. The staff were very nice, location good. It’s a good place for the price for few days but we stayed a week so decided to stay somewhere a little bit more comfortable. But it’s as I said it was cheap and clean, the only thing was the carpet in the room who could do with an update.

It's fine as an overnight stop. The rule book runs to about 50 pages, I got to around page 11 and then I was asleep. The big thing seems to be, if you leave the kitchen dirty you will be charged.

Good central location and room clean and acceptable. Great problem (everybody) experienced in gaining access out of hours as the Keycode unit obviously faulty and need replacement, albeit forewarned by receptionist. The lift was out of service. Both concerns appeared long-standing problems - pity as affected good overall rating.

Bet is beautiful quiet I was satisfied. Location is short from the station Supermarket was near, too.

We had a great stay. The cooking facilities were great, and the staff we very helpful. Good luggage storage facilities, and washing room for washing and drying clothes was excellent.

We stay at the first floor so the garage door was noisy

Great value & friendly staff just don't turn up late on a Sunday as no one on front desk & you have to phone someone to get door code & safe code to get your keys. Car park is not free & street parking only free on Sundays until 9.00am Monday.

NO WIFI OR AIR CON. No staff members were present when we arrived and we had not been sent the code to open the door. Had to ring the company to find out the code and then had to ring again to find out the code for a safe which had the key to our door in it. Vending machine didn't work properly.

Having arrived late there was no one there and we had no idea what we were suppose to do. We had stay at appart city n Amiens which was brilliant so we thought we would give this a go, but it was completely different. Lucky we had a phone and could ring to find out where the key to our room was and the door was open. Later it closed and we had to open it from the inside for another couple to get in and get a key from the safe. Once we had got in then we went for a walk to have a look around and when we came back we where now locked out and had no way of knowing how to get back in luckily a couple were coming back at the same time and showed us that you wave the key in front of a white box on the right of the door and that unlocked it. Also the breakfast was 9 euros per person and there was nothing left when we went to eat. So becareful not to get locked out and DONT have breakfast it's a con. The big problem here is you have nothing that explains what you have to do.

They simply do not provide toilet paper and waited 3 days to let us know. Long lunch hours. Impossible to reach anybody from the phone number they provide for lunch and after hours. I do not recommend it.
