Fabulous staff and service. Great breakfast and incredible views.

The property was amazing. The staff was on target and the room was so comfortable. This is a great place to stay if you want to see the best sunset and be close to everything Oia.

The staff was amazing, the food and rooms were just what we hoped for. It was on the edge of "town" so it didn't feel busy at all. It had an amazing view of the sunset. There are a lot of stairs. The staff helped carry luggage, etc.

The best place to view the Santorini sunset is from the comfort of your own hotel balcony. The convenient location just past the crazy crowds was fantastic. Hotel breakfast was also very good and a ton of food. It should be noted that the room under the pool is a bit noisy.

This place was great but a little bit of a walk to get anywhere (about 15 mins up hill and then down). I also wish they would’ve had a few more breakfast options, but their scrambled eggs were really good. Staff was great too! We would stay again.

We stayed at Esperas Hotel in Santorini for our babymoon, and it honestly could not have been more perfect. We booked the premium honeymoon suite, and waking up to those views every morning felt like a dream. The sunsets from our balcony were breathtaking, and we were able to enjoy it from the jacuzzi instead of in the crowds — pictures don’t come close to capturing how magical it feels in person. We highly recommend booking this room for couples. From the start, the staff made us feel completely at home. Everyone was so warm and genuinely friendly, always ready with a smile or to help with anything we needed. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed but elegant at the same time, which made it the perfect setting for us to just slow down, soak everything in, and enjoy this special trip together. Maria at the reception deserves a special shout-out. She was so kind, thoughtful, and attentive throughout our stay, and she really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. It felt like she genuinely cared about making our babymoon memorable, and thanks to her (and the whole team), it absolutely was.

We liked the view of the ocean from our hotel room. We liked the proximity to the areas we wanted to explore in Santorini. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overalll we had a lovely stay and I would recommend the hotel to anyone who visits Santorini .

Staff was so helpful. Views from the room were breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious! Well worth splurging on a room at Esperas as you have your own private (not crowded) view of the famous Oia sunset!

Excellent staff

We transferred to Esperas after staying at another Santroini hotel which was roughly a 10 minute walk from Esperas. Was extremely difficult to get to on foot and could not find the access point to meet their luggage handles easily at all. My wife and I struggled through narrow and busy walkways to get there. It set the tone horribly for our stay as we were told just to figure out how to walk there and not given any further assistance. Furthermore, the staff was okay, but when you're paying $800/night for a hotel, I expect over-the-top excellent service like you would get at a Ritz-Carlton or Waldorf Astoria. This is NOT that. This is not a luxury hotel experience as someone who has stayed consistely at them. With that said, the breakfast was good, our room was beautiful and had amazing views. Only complaint on the room is no TV in the bedroom, only in the living room (we stayed in a suite). If you are looking for an okay stay with tremendous views, Esperas is great for that. You are staying here completely for the view.

The receptionist told us that we would have to leave at 8:30 in the morning to catch our ferry and that they would have our breakfast ready by eight. Nothing was ready. We rushed out without having our breakfast very unorganized so me and some of the other guests had to rush out and the other receptionist was given an attitude saying that we should have left at seven and we told her that’s not what the receptionist told us the day before so they almost made us miss our ferry and left without breakfast

Property is located in a prime location in Apia, facing the sunset. Limited food options but staff is wonderful in helping you book. Once in a lifetime opportunity to stay here, but my room I could hear the washing machine unfortunately. Additionally, very humid room so make sure air is on constantly. Near a lot of shopping, but the main area is about 10 min upstairs by foot. From parking spot also a 5-8 min walk.

Great location, view, service, etc. They made our trip so easy with accommodations and experiences outside the hotel.

Stunning property, just make sure you are ok with lots of stairs. If you are be prepared to be wowed.

We had the most beautiful stay at Esperas Santorini! The hotel is beautiful. The location is beautiful. Everyone was so helpful and kind. From the people helping us with our luggage to the transportation, the hotel arranged for us. Extra shout out to Demetrios who was awesome! I would love to come back again and would absolutely recommend Esperas to anyone going to Santorini..

The staff was absolutely lovely. This hotel is exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I tried their pizza for lunch and it was so fresh and cheesy

This property gave us the ultimate santorini experience. Loved the views from our room and the pool area.

While the walking around the property is for Billy Goats or very fit people, it was an excellent stay! From the porters that carried our begs effortlessly, to Maria who checked us in and gave excellent advice for dinners and tours, we enjoyed every minute!

It was a very unique and pleasant experience, it started off wonderful as the Resort scheduled and booked the Taxi from the arrival at Santorini Airport (€50) one way. The driver was very kind and knowledgeable. The ride from the airport to the resort took about 20 minutes it was scenic but more village-like than expected. Upon arriving to the resort they had an additional person to carry our luggage’s to our room (which was very helpful since theirs a lot of stairs heading to the room). The receptionist was extremely polite and provided exceptional service 10/10. The resort was located in the romantic side of Oia (Sunset View) directly from the room. Breakfast was okay nothing too special but the servers were polite and served us well. Thank you Esperas for a wonderful stay.
