Charming spot near Banff, recommend if you want to get away from the chaos and stay nearby in a quiet but fun location.

The hotel was quaint. Staff were very welcoming upon arrival. The hotel was clean. Parking is very limited as it shares the same parking with the pub. Unfortunately our room was right next to reception and the room is not very soundproof and you can hear everything taking place in the lobby if you are not running the AC to block the noise.

Beautiful room, quiet, a perfect place to get away from the busyness of the downtown core (and yet walkable to sites and restaurants). Would happily stay again.

The room was charming, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything worked well and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The chicken pot pie in the restaurant was excellent.

We stayed 3 nights in the Elizabeth room. It was a wonderful stay from the moment we were greeted by Bella to the delicious dinner at their pub with our waitress, Nicky. Their halibut fish & chips are the best! The room was spacious, aveda hair and body products provided, along with tea, coffee and complimentary bottled water. The location is quiet and away from the noise of town yet close enough to walk in 15 minutes. We highly recommend the Georgetown Inn when visiting the Banff area.

They let me barrow bear spray for my hiking adventures so I would not have to buy.

I was delighted by the handwritten welcome message. The room was very clean, and the amenities were wonderful. There was plenty of coffee and tea available. It’s a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

I am so happy that my girlfriend and I found this charming little inn. The staff was SO accommodating and kind. The rooms were clean, loved the bathrobes. The pub was great, we ate there a bunch of times. Fish and chips is a must! The only thing I will say is I wish all of their rooms had smart TVs! They mentioned only two of their rooms do, but that would’ve been nice to have. We were busy and exhausted by the time we got back to our hotel at the end of each day anyway so it was fine!

The place is quite simple, but the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was very good. The location is convenient, with easy access to the Trans-Canada Highway, which leads to Banff—just 20 minutes away. There are also various amenities nearby, such as a laundromat, a supermarket, and many restaurants (the hotel itself has a restaurant). The front desk staff is very attentive and helpful with any information you might need. The hotel also offers parking. There is enough parking for all guests, but some park poorly, taking up more than one space, which could become a problem at some point. I suggested painting lines on the ground to mark the spaces, and I was told that this was already being arranged.

Everything was excellent about the property and staff except there was some mildew/ mold in the shower. Overall a nice stay,
