Clean and easy to change the temperature in the rool

We felt safe and welcome at this hotel. Breakfast was very good, buffet style with cold cuts, cereals, fruit, home baked sweets, veggies... It is about 14 minutes walk to the subway, or take a street car. The hotel is in a walking distance to the old town square and to the castle, which takes about 45 minutes one way, lots to see on the way. . Or you can take tram number 17. Also There is grocery store Albert, 5 minutes walk Check out is at 10 AM. Our plane was delayed and the receptionist let us to stay another hour free of charge. Very appreciated it. We will return to this hotel.

The buffet breakfast was delicious and the hotel staffs (who thankfully spoke English for us) were both very friendly. We were able to do laundry as well upon request. Hair dryer was available, not hot water pot, glass cups were available and were clean. There was street parking for 500 CZK/12 hours, which was higher than what was noted on Expedia, but otherwise all was good.

As advertised - midrange hotel, clean, friendly, everything worked. Not the latest or most luxurious, but I didn't expect it to be. I shall certainly go back if I have to be in that part of Prague (unlikely, but not impossible as it it's a short walk to the Prusa 3D printer factory). Not wheelchair friendly (but I don't need a wheelchair). But the photo is NOT Hotel Olga, which is an older building in a smaller street.

Really appreciated that they let us check in super early as we were exhausted! They didn’t have laundry services like the listing said and that was kind of a bummer. Also the shower didn’t go very hot. Overall it was decent, the room was large, good location.

Property is well kept. It is clean and tidy. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Property is located in very good quiet area and also 3 stops on the tram from central Prague.

This property needs a lot of work. It’s very old and it shows. The keys were difficult to get to work in the doors. Beds were absolutely horrible. They were pretty much a board with old tweed Couch cushions attached to them. Parking was not close to the building. We never felt unsafe, but the area was very questionable. The train stop was very close which was nice. The staff was nice but seemed stressed. There were a couple of eating places close by. Property was secure. You had to have a key to get in.

Great little budget hotel. It’s nothing fancy but breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful. The room was spacious with an extra wardrobe room. Would definitely return.

Unfriendly Reception with no wifi in rooms and no amenities

Run down hotel that's in serious need of a face lift! Stains on my mattress cover, not sure my bed had a mattress on it... No kettle or fridge, just 2 cups and a bar of soup. Towels looked about 20 years old.

the reception was friendly, the room was basic with cobwebs on the outer windows and the bathroom walls had stains. no comfort and 4 TV channels all Czech. bedding very basic and got bitten a few times. would not come back here.

Very poor maintenance and service needs modernising

Excellent location,tram stop at the end of the road.Breakfast was basic but plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

the hotel is a little bit away from the main old town across the river which is good because it was quiet and not over run with tourists. it had more of a local feel to it. only a 30 min walk to old town or an easy tram ride or metro to anywhere you might need to get to

Basic hotel but clean with helpful staff. Breakfast was a buffet of meats and cheeses, breads, cakes, cereals and porridge. Tram stop 2 mins walk. Tram to centre 4 stops, 5 mins, less than £1 each way. Lots of shops and restaurants in hotel area.

It was a great trip for us.

It is OK hotel for a good price. If you expect Luxury, please do not stay in this one.
