Absolutely lovely hotel! Breathtaking location & delicious food👌

View was amazing! Staff was very friendly and the hotel was close to activities but yet far enough away to make you feel secluded.

Great place, loved the view from the balcony and the big comfortable lounge. The buffets were big and plentiful. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There was a slight issue that we ordered 2 drinks at dinner and 2 separate waitresses came over for us to sign them to our room. We didnt know why they came twice as they didnt speak english but when we came to check out they asked us to pay for drinks. The lady on the front desk sorted it but just something to be aware of.

Stayed here on a motorcycle tour, picked it because it was great value as a two night stopover but was impressed by the place, especially the helpful and friendly staff, not least the person who checked us in and made us very welcome. Breakfast was excellent including a full cooked option and the evening food was a very nice set menu. Seems popular with bikers and has ample parking right outside, safe area. Nice bar area and also access to washing machine and dryer (4 euro each) . Overall great value and friendly.

One night stay. Lovely lady checked us in. Nice spacious room for 2 adults and 1 child. Room was very pleasant. Only thing we found was no spoon or milk to make a coffee although there was coffee and sugar. No internet signal on Andorra but hotel WiFi was great! Definitely stay again.

The staff were all amazing, friendly, efficient and organised. The location for ski lift was fantastic. A brilliant place and we will certainly be back.

Buen hotel... muy bueno aunque queda retirado pero bueno

Staff were helpful and friendly. Bedroom was a good size and it was useful having a separate toilet to the bathroom. The room was very warm (even with all the radiators turned off). It was helpful having a fridge in the room. The storage was limited for a family of 4 with clothing for a week. Could do with more coat hangers in the wardrobes (we asked and the staff brought us more) and more hooks etc on the walls for hanging coats etc.

Was a nice hotel, the only criticism I’d say is the breakfast isn’t very friendly if you don’t eat pork!

Room was large, but we got given twin beds. Staff were friendly enough and a great location, but chef had no idea of vegetarian food! Buffet dinner cmenu ontained soup (chicken) and fish, but for veges there was only salad and boiled veg for €15 each which was a Rip off and the chef did not even offer to make a plain omelette. Breakfast was also basic to say the least.

Hotel not new, but services are good: hot buffet breakfast, buffet dinner with variety of meals, spacious free parking in front of hotel, WiFi OK. Hiking trails to Parc Natural Comunal de les Valls del Comapedrosa start less 500 m from the hotel, you may take hiking trail of any difficulcy, one of the easiest leads to Forcats lakes. Highly recommended for nature lovers.

Quiet location out of season. Hotel nice. Rooms spacious. Beds a little hard for our liking. Nice bar and Argentina bar over the road.

Wifi wasn't very good, but was ok to send emails and messages. The staff were not that friendly on arrival as I think they assumed we would be loud and disruptive young people, which was quite rude. However for the rest of the stay the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they just need to work on their first impressions and not judge people too soon. The cleaning staff are excellent, the room was very well cleaned daily. Breakfast is ok, the quality of the food is average but there is a lot of choice which is nice. Would expect better quality meat (sausages and bacon etc) from a 4 star hotel. Overall it was a good hotel and I would stay here again.

I was travelling with a friend and we booked this hotel on the basis of value and location to the ski lift. Both proved to be spot on. We drove ourselves up to the hotel from Barcelona and parking was easy, check in was efficient and the two very smily girls could not be more helpful. The room was lovely and warm (perhaps a little too much at times) spotless and well served for 2 single travellers. Breakfast was great, plentiful and something for everyone, we didn't take any other meals at the hotel. The bar/ lounge was comfortable but during our stay frequented by a lage group of students also staying ( French half term) worth checking if you wanted a more peaceful stay. Very reasonably priced drinks. Location to the ski lift is indeed 50m and we managed to ski back down at the end of the day. Would definitely consider returning to this hotel. It is at the very top of the village so be prepared for a good 10min walk down and 20min up!! After a few beverages in the village itself.

The hotel & food was very nice in season.I stayed for 8 nights in Feb 2014 & 7 nights at end of March 2014. The hotel is right next to the chair lift but towards the end of season they turn it off which means you either have to wait for the bus down to the gondola or walk, which is ok going down the steep hill in the morning but after a long days ski its hard to get back up if the bus doesn't arrive
