Check-in was quite smooth. Had to put up AUD100 hold deposit. Room as booked - except on the ground floor. Wi-Fi is pretty bad - barely functional - videos often stutter/pause and many applications requiring smooth access fail. VPN is unusable. Car parking in a gated car park is great, except it is quite full at most times. The card access for the car park could be better positioned though - a tad difficult to insert card from the driver's window.

I booked a room at this hotel. The room is non-refundable. Immediately after booking, I found out that I booked the wrong check-in date. I contacted Traveloka immediately to change the check-in date or to give me a support policy to rebook the room but they refused. I am really disappointed with the behavior of Traveloka as well as their hotel partners.

Very open and inviting entry/atrium/bar; Clean room and plenty of light and space; Pleasant staff and prompt service. Meal was good and priced reasonably. Swimming pool was good size and gym well equipped. All in all, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Great value for money.

Adequate hotel for the price.
