I was moved to holiday inn as Ramada was closed I had chosen it because my friends were in the mercure opposite. This was a mile away so inconvenient

Room was cold noisy pipes and drip sound throughout the night - wasn’t fixed despite asking not offered another room - overall disappointing except dinner fish n chips was excellent

Lovely room and clean and view was fab,.and was really happy u had an iron etc. The only snag was not enough milk sachets which isnt a big deal tbh

First room wasnt good at all curtains had big hole in it then the toilet didn't flashe. Second room bed was very uncomfortable hard to get good nights sleep. Shower went straight from hot to cold then back to hot again no warning. Young girls dancing in the hallway and running up and down. Bar staff friendly.

The room was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. The hotel was in a good location

The staff we friendly. There was a dripping sound all the time that way frustrating when trying to sleep.

bed quite hard. Gym open earlier or later. Showers need to maintain temperature better

The staff make or break any holiday. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, friendly and happy to help. The room gave us all we needed.
