The hotel staff were very friendly, coming over to ask questions and provide explanations. They even helped us make an appointment at a restaurant with a long line. We didn't ask for this; the staff offered it themselves.

The room was a bit old, and while the hygiene was generally okay, it wasn't really thorough. The sink, bathroom glass door, and faucets had a lot of calcium deposits, and the bed sheets were a bit itchy. The room amenities weren't good for the price. Improvements and more attention to cleaning are needed. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. The pho was delicious, but the buffet had too few options; the beef stew was too salty, and the yogurt wasn't good.

I arrived early on check-in day, and I was able to leave my luggage but not take a shower. 😬 So, it's best to be prepared. While the room had a window, it didn't face the outside, but it was clean. Early checkout, and they asked for takeaway breakfast. It was worth it if you don't have too high expectations. 😊

Every hotel staff that we interacted with was unfailingly friendly and helpful. The level of service was unparalleled. Special mention to Ms. Sabrina who helped us to check in, book a spa session, and even to cross the road to get to our Grab hired car. The location is ideal. The weekend night market is literally at the doorstep of the hotel, Hoan Kiem Lake is just 2 minutes' walk away, and all the major Old Quarter shopping streets are within a short walking distance. The room was clean and well appointed, making for a comfortable stay during our five days in Hanoi. We would definitely recommend Oriental Suites Hotel to travelers looking to stay in the Old Quarter.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean, the bathroom is comfortable, and the food is delicious, although we only dared to eat fruit (not halal food). We will come back to this hotel again.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Nice and comfortable room. I have a small suggestion regarding the bathroom: the spray is strong and difficult to adjust the level - I hope the hotel will adjust this to improve the guest experience.

Hannah was over and beyond in customer service and other front desk staff were great as well. The hotel is nice, but if you are a window lover, it does not have windows opening outside.
