Everything was great! Honestly was our favorite place to stay on our road trip. Staff is very friendly and we felt very safe!!

We had a great experience, but guests need to be warned that the property is three stories and there is no elevator so if you are bringing heavy luggage up to the third floor plan for it. If you have mobility issues request a lower floor.

Lovely place to stay, spacious and comfortable room and modern style walk in shower ... I would 100% stay here again.

I'm surprised that the rating for the hotel is so high. I would say it's an average hotel without a bar or restaurant. The listing states there is a restaurant, however there isn't. The room is just for breakfast. The breakfast was very good value for money although I'd prefer proper sausages rather then the small chipolatas that were served.

Clean, friendly staff, free parking. Although I did not indulge, the staff prepares breakfast if you choose. The kitchen is right by the dining area, almost like moms making you a meal :)

check in staff person was lovely. I felt very much at home. I hope to come back and bring my wife. the property is a great one for sure, but add to that it's easy to get into cork without the hassle of the city.

What a find ! The staff were friendly & helpful.the room was large, well equiped and spotless.(& warm) if we wanted to grumble the matress was too soft for us but really the breakfast chef deserves a gold medal.the dining room is lovely , buffet was great but the cooked breakfast was really wonderful.we'd been travelling for a month & had been subjected to some horrors so well done !

This was a lovely bed and breakfast accommodation that gave a feel of being more authentic of rustic Ireland. The staff made us feel very welcome.

Good location just outside the city centre, great for avoiding the city centre traffic. Rooms are good and spacious and clean. Good value for an overnight stay. Great breakfast and very nice staff. Will definitely use again.

I fell in love with this place, the people, the accommodations, and the breakfasts. I only had two days and did not want to leave!
