Perfect hotel, well situated.

A lovely contemporary hotel, beautifully furnished, good bedrooms and en-suite, good a/c, great service from friendly staff, not on, but very close to lovely beach. Definitely will come again

Bel endroit à proximité de la mer. Nous avons été accueillis avec un panier de fruits et des biscuits dans notre chambre. Sur expedia, l'hotel affiche avoir une "laundry faciity" - je parle ici pour faire laver son linge sans "blanchir" - un lavage de base. Le personnel de l'hotel est très mélangé par rapport à cet offre de service: - une employée nous a offert de faire laver notre linge sans frais - il a été question avec un autre employé d'un frais d'environ 20 à 30 euros pour faire un lavage - le genre de maitre d'hotel insistait quant à lui pour nous facturer le même prix que pour le nettoyage à sec pour un simple lavage (10 euros par t-shirt, 7 euros par paire de chaussettes - au total, notre brassée de lavage aurait couté 250 euros et le maitre d'hotel trouvait non seulement le tout raisonnable, il essayait de nous vendre cette option - quelle déconnexion de la réalité !). Ma suggestion pour l'hotel est de ne plus afficher sur Expedia qu'ils offrent des options pour faire laver du linge. Ça mélange bien trop le personnel et ça crée des frustrations auprès des clients. Ce n'est qu'une suggestion. Autrement, l'hotel est très bien.

Lovely hotel within a stones throw of the beach in a quiet residential area. Room was very spacious and the staff were helpful & attentive. Breakfast was excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay.

C’était vraiment super et très accueillant pour les familles. Nous avons adoré et l’emplacement est parfait.

Le Wi-Fi est parfois faible. On aurait aimé avoir des prises pour recharger nos cellulaires dans les chambres. Si non tout est excellent pour le reste.

Fabulous newly refurbished hotel. Everything was 5*. Suite with the hot tub is a must 👌

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly.

Room and bathroom decor was somewhat dated. Bed linen etc. all good. Excellent breakfast. Gardens not well tended for a 4 star hotel

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in this lovely Grand Hotel. All the staff were very courteous and attentive, looking after my every need. I can recommend the restaurant and the location is ideal, very close to the beach and within walking distance of the old town, Intra Muros.

Stayed here on a recent visit to Saint Malo. 50 metres from the promenade in a lovely quarter of the beach front properties. Lovely French hotel with swimming pool and spa. Food is deliciously good and reasonably priced. Staff are excellent and extremely pleasant on arrival and throughout our stay. One of the best 4 star hotels we have stayed in.

Very good location, but outdated hotel (needs refurbishment, especially bathrooms/toilets!) and we were negatively surprised to learn that the free parking suddenly appeared to be a paying service. Good breakfast, nice staff at breakfast.

The hotel is dated, the rooms were comfortable but tired. We found the staff sometimes ok sometimes dismissive.

Lovely place to stay 20mins walk along the beach to St Malo. Fabulous pool. Lively dinner.

Lovely hotel and a wonderfully comfortable room. It was just let down by a few things. The reception staff were excellent and welcoming, they managed to find us some parking space event though other guest's bad parking had filled the small car park. They also made sure we knew about street closures the next day, due to an event, so we could plan out journey. The stay was just let down by a couple of issues. The bar staff and some of the waiting staff didn't seem to be fully training. Our meal in the restaurant was disappointing, the starters were excellent, but our mains we over cooked, both the vegetables and the fish, not what you expect at these prices. When the Chef came around the tables we pointed this our, he was dismissive and uninterested.

The hotel is situated one street back from the beach and close to St Malo (30 minute walk). It is a little tired and in need of some tlc. Driving to the hotel is complicated by one way systems and parking is a problem. We had to park on the street in a very narrow space as the small carpark was full. The staff helped us park and were generally helpful. We didn't use the pool but it looked good, we didn't use the restaurant either.

In our honest opinion this is not a 4* hotel. Our room was dated and the bathroom was like stepping back in time 40 or 50 years. The bed is one you can control the angle of the head or feet. One side didn't work, and the other side the controller had exposed wires, very dangerous. If you are taller than 5ft7 then the separate toilet will be difficult to use as it is tiny. Upon leaving they tried to charge us for 2 breakfast of 16€ each, which we had not opted in for. Quite angry with the deception and how I used my rewards to stay here. If I had know better we would have paid the extra 40€ and stayed at the 5* hotel opposite.

Large swimming pool. Lovely staff. Nice garden and grounds. One road back from the beach.
