The staff were happy to help. Good location for local transport. Room was very clean and comfortable although room was always very warm even with air-conditioning on the lowest setting. Good value for money.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. Its very nice and quiet, and the tram line and U'ban and S'ban, are also just outside the hotel, with easy access to town centre and other places. The hotel is very clean and the staff were all very helpful. Food options are many, with several restaurants on site and there are a few supermarkets next to the hotel and a Burger King across the road, so all in all, a great place. We had a a lot of fun and will definitely be coming back soon.

I arrived at the hotel only to be they were fully booked even though I booked weeks in advance and that the only available room had a broken shower. This was during heatwave. I had no alternative since it was past midnight.

Overall, was a terrible experience.

Really gorgeous hotel with excellent amenities. The AC in the rooms doesn’t go below 18 though which was brutal during the heatwave, but staff provided a fan upon request.

The room was booked for one adult and two children. When we arrived, bedding and towels for one of the children were missing. There was a sofa in the room, but it could not be converted into a bed. After we informed the staff, they brought an extra bed along with bedding. The air conditioning in the room was very poor and barely worked. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were only half full.

The hotel had large and clean rooms. The bathroom was large and clean. Unfortunately, the cooling and ventilation system was weak and the variety of food for breakfast was very low.

Everything was 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Berlin.

Clean and great location. Easy to find, nice room overall. I had to switch rooms twice as ac didn’t function, but it turned out that was the way their ac is, and even though it was 90 out, preset ac is very, very low. Also, all stores are closed on Sundays, so be prepared to spend $32 on their breakfast. Nice and quiet room and good bed.

The hotel is conveniently located next to bus, tram and S bahn stations making it easy to use public transport to and from the airport and city centre. The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold food. The gym was well equipped too.

Very disappointing customer service experience. I asked for a breakfast sandwich in advance, but it was not available. I then suggested three different alternatives myself, and each one was refused. After that, I was simply told that they would not be helping me further. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the breakfast place opens at 6:30 a.m., and I offered to come downstairs and pick up the breakfast myself. I was specifically trying to save the staff time, since they would not need to deliver anything to my room. We were talking about a simple breakfast box that takes only a couple of minutes to prepare. The response I received from the reception agent was, “Do you know how much they have to do? They cannot spend time on you.” I found that remark incredibly rude and dismissive. Hospitality is about helping guests, and I was making every effort to find a solution that would minimize any inconvenience for the staff. When I expressed my frustration, I later overheard a reception agent complaining about me to a colleague. A few minutes later, that colleague called my room to lecture me. I have never experienced a hotel handling a customer concern this way. I have stayed in five-star hotels in Switzerland and in small family-run Airbnbs in southern Italy, and regardless of the level of luxury, I have never encountered service this poor. The entire interaction felt dismissive, hostile, and unprofessional. I will not be returning ever.

The room clean is not very good. Need order next clean service. Otherwise, no clean. Also never fill the tissue and toilet paper. We stay one week. It is not good.
