Good location, but very poor amenities and overpriced compared with amenities available at the hotel.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and well maintained with the exception of mold stained caulking around the tub. Located in a business area of town, things were mostly quiet even with the rooftop bar on the same floor.

An excellent hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable.

Convenient location, walkable everywhere.

The hotel was great for our stay, around 5 minute walk to the U Bahn. We walked to the TV Tower in around 20 minutes. The hotel was quiet and really clean. Reception was always on hand to help. The hotel menu was a little limited but the staff were great. It said that they had a laundry service which was quite expensive (€4 for a pair of socks)! All in all though a nice little place to stay that was value for money and very convenient.

Location was great! Check in was not that good, but staff apologetic and getting an upgrade room. Views of room great. Shower had no shelves for anything. Very limited railing for towels Breakfast was good.

One thing I didn't like was the indicator just outside the room, that shows whether someone is in the room or not. I hope the hotel remove that function, since it does not feel safe.

Appalling. This is at best a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star. For an almost €200/night (post tax) Jr suite my fiancé and I got: A "city view"on the first floor that looked into the courtyard. A "king size bed" that was just two small beds pressed together. Weathered chairs, a mini fridge that didn't work, cheap IKEA furniture that was falling apart with parts that were clearly painted over, and a disgusting bathroom. I've stayed at nicer motels. At least there the price is comesurate with the expected quality.

Staff were friendly, however the amenities in the room had run out before I entered the room- soap in the shower, and when I reported it, they didn't seam to care.

The location is very convenient: minutes from Alexander Platz, Friedrich strasse and Unter den Linden. Minutes from U5 and U2 stations. Very secure area as the hotel is adjacent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Quiet and nice neighborhood in Mitte with great restaurants. Regular rooms are fair but a bit small. Next level up, rooms are more spacious. Overall simple, clean and no-frills hotel located super conveniently in the heart of Berlin Mitte.

Nothing special , but a very good hotel for a touristic Berlin trip - just a minute or two walk off the usual tourist tracks , therefore a hidden gem, nice and quiet.

Really liked this property, only thing is and I think that it would be the same staying anywhere in Berlin it is about 20 mins away from anything, 20 mins to most places, 20 mins from food, 20 mins from a bar. But with such a massive city this can happen
