The selling point of this hotel is the incredible view from the breakfast area/lounge and the overall location. Decor was a little tired and the room could be more thoroughly cleaned (squashed mosquitoes on the walls). It was very warm when we were there which brought out the mozzies. Unfortunately the building air con wasn't on so we had to open the windows and got eaten alive at night. This improved once we asked for a fan and could shut the windows. Bed was very comfortable though and shower had excellent pressure. The breakfast preorder system was a little odd and could have been more efficient. However, food was generally plentiful and good quality.

It’s a very cozy hotel/ family oriented and quiet. We enjoyed it very much. Excellent location

This hotel is an absolute beauty. Stunning. Lovely rooms, great location, clean, staff are so friendly and helpful. And I mean really helpful. They can’t do enough for you. We booked at the last minute and the lady on reception sent us all our details really quickly and helped us find the hotel. Highly recommend this lovely hotel and a really good price as well

Great location in the heart of Venice. Room was serviceable, staff was incredibly helpful, especially Margo (sp?). Great recommendations on what to do/where to eat. We opted for the breakfast - don’t recommend it. Much better options for breakfast just outside the door. Air conditioning was very poor, room was very warm and muggy.

Loved the balcony and beautifully decorated and large lobby. Room was very nice. Front staff was friendly and helpful.

We really liked that this location felt more private than a standard hotel. The staff went out of their way to welcome us. Such a nice touch to have hot water for tea and coffee available. Breakfast was perfect! The canal view was great for people watching.

Amazing location and a wonderful old building looking out over one of the main canals of Venice. Good staff. Good comfortable bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The only negative thing was soundproofing of the room door was very poor, I could hear other guests in the evening and early in the morning.

The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed opening the windows and it was nice and quiet.

Hotel was fairly easy to fjnd thanks to the correspondence from the hotel the day before we arrived. Receptionists both days were very nice and helpful. Rooms were adequate but a bit tired, however I didnt expect luxury for the price we paid. Not many useable sockets in the room but did find 2 in the end. My bed was quite lumpy but my friend in another room didnt report the same issue. Bathroom was dated but adequate and the water was hot and water pressure good. View over the Grand Canal from the opening juliet balcony was beautiful. Overall a decent stay in a lovely city.

I loved this warm small hotel. Full of Venetian charming atmosphere. With a breathtaking view of the canal. Located on a main Street - easy to explore AMAZING Venezia by foot.. The room is cosy and nice, with private bathroom. When arriving for the first time, be noted - that the sign of the hotel is modest, then you enter a beautiful stone hallway, and the elevator is inside, on the left side. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Beautiful spacious room. Coffee/tea in room. Hotel is in a great location for shopping and dining. Venice is about walking, so no matter where you stay, you'll be walking. Staff were informative and genuinely interested in making your stay comfortable. Breakfast was available for like 10 euros. The view out the dining area window is stunning and photo worthy. The entrance to the courtyard type area is also stunning; large doors; very authentic. Thank you for a great stay.
