This was easily one of the best properties we have stay at. The care comes from every member of the team in the highest regard. From all the places we stayed in Europe, this will always hold a special spot in our heart. We hope to come back soon and recommend this to all for an elevated, wellness retreat.

For a 5 stars luxury hotel, I expect that it will be by more generous. There is no free mini bar in the room except two bottles of water.. Thr free afternoon buffet snack bar offer little food except a few pieces of sushi.

Excellent service. Loved the breakfast buffet. No air conditioning made it challenging to sleep at night.

Absolute fantastic place. Great location very close to Alpe di Siusi. The room was spacious and very confortable. Great breakfast buffet and excellent dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent wellness area.

The service is impeccable, and breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant were also exceptional. The common areas feels a bit dated, but overall, would go back for sure.

The hotel is perfectly located within a very short walk to the cable car station to susi alms and close to the centre. The staff were very friendly. Loved the restaurant as they serve really good food and the staff were very attentive. The half board was excellent value. The rooms were clean and spacious too. They have a really nice indoor pool as well

The staff was so gracious and welcoming. The dinners were fantastic as well.

The hotel is really great. It has a relaxed environment. The only note that I can say is the lack of cattle in the room. Beside the charges for any coffee or tea .The price of the hotel is high.

great stay for hiking in the area. the guide Emanuel was outstanding. Excellent meals befitting a hotel with a Michelin one star restaurant attached. The level of quality at their one star restaurant carries over to the other hotel dinners as well as to breakfast. The hotel is a short walk to multiple lifts going up into the mountains.

Extraordinary attentive staff. Amazing food - Michelin star rated restaurant. Hotel's ski shuttle gets you to the lifts in minutes. Ski service in the hotel.

Staff and facilities were attentive and genuinely wanted to be of service.

My husband and I were on a short getaway and had a fabulous time in Ortesei. The staff were extremely friendly and helped us have a very memorable trip. The food was outstanding and extremely high quality. So many activities to do both at the hotel and in the area that we wished we had set aside more time.
