Perfect location and much quieter than other areas in terms of street noise as less traffic passing by. View from our room was spectacular. Rooms were snug and ideal, very clean and modern. We stayed out in the annexe around the corner which was easy to access. Breakfast was lovely and perfect for starting the day. Staff were friendly and very helpful also. Would stay again.

The view from our room was amazing. Great location at the top of the Spanish Steps. The room itself was also very grand and clean, well appointed.

130 room number was view to Church and Hotel Hassler . Walk out , just one minute you can see beautiful Spanish Step.

Spotless outstanding room location and service could not have been better!!! This is a go to hotel in Rome and we were so amazed by the location staff cleanliness and space of this luxury hotel. Rooftop terrace breakfast not to be missed .

I loved the Hotel Scalinata di Spagna! The rooms were quiet, comfortable, well-furnished, and the hotel is in a great location. We had an interior room that blocked almost all street noise. The breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return.

Clean room, good breakfast, great location

Clean, simple and quiet room in a great location. However, the rooftop bar area is arranged with an actual bar/restaurant next door so you might as well attend the real restaurant which had great music and service. The coffee in the room are instant Nestle packages not real coffee. It’s a good economic option.

Location was convenient by the Spanish steps and a metro. Free breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was small and some of the front desk staff was abit rude to other guests. Paid extra for room with a terrace however the Terrance was inside the building in the hall outside our room with 3 tables I guess for the other rooms also on our floor they should specify that in the description. The room was clean and location good
