Great hotel. Little ways from dining and shopping but is a easy uber / taxi

I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere.

We loved it so much here that we added an extra night. The staff was phenomenal and so very personable. The hotel is lovely, fresh and new and very clean. It was an easy location to take the train or bus around Naples. They provided parking as a cost. We highly recommend this hotel. We do plan to return!

I don’t think I can fault this hotel! The hotel and facilities are breathtaking, but more importantly for me was the professionalism of the staff and how helpful they were! We had an early train trip and they organised my taxi and gave us a breakfast box to takeaway. I’m looking forward to exploring the other hotels when we come back to Italy.

The hotel is nice but location isn’t the best and it’s definitely not a 5 star. I’d say it’s a very good 4 star. To be a 5 star in my opinion, the staff need better trainin. Two staff members decided to start having an argument in the middle of the breakfast area in front of guests then continued an explosive argument in the kitchen, which we could still hear. They could not care less whether people heard them or not. Italy is not known for world class customer service however even for Italy, it was really bad. Otherwise the hotel is fine. Please note they don’t do room service after 10pm so if you arrive late and are hungry, you are out of luck. We tried to book the spa but then the reception cannot actually book anything for you. Only the “spa lady” can and she was nowhere to be seen. We asked to be contacted so we could book some time to use the facilities but never heard back.

Great hotel. Staff and particularly Sarah and Marco at the front desk went above and beyond to help with anything. Great food top pool and breakfast. Be prepared to pay NYC hotel prices for food and cocktails.

Mediocre hotel very small the pool is the size of a bath tub don't let the photos fool you. This place is pictured really well.. not the best amenities.

Nice modern hotel, though with a bit of a tacky design. Adequate but not spacious rooms and a hard bed with hard pillows, slightly below the standard you'd expect for a reported five star hotel

Amazing property, amazing staff, amazing breakfast spread. We couldn’t have been happier!

Lovely hotel, clean, everything was fabulous, staff all fantastic, delicious breakfast, etc. The only downside were the loungers at the pool that don’t have the reclining legs rest part, so you can only tan the front of your body.. lying on your tummy is very uncomfortable as the lounger ends at your knees.

The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. The facility is clean and classy. The roof top is perfect - it has shade and comfortable places to lounge. My son and I are grateful they let us check out and still use the roof top and spa while we waited to go to a concert close by! It was perfect!

We needed last minute accommodations as we missed our ferry! IHP went above and beyond to help us! Marco was great! This place is new, it’s super clean and the breakfast was terrific!
