Desk staff excellent, cordial and helpful. The room was very clean and nice. Very close to central square and attractive city center.

Charming hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were quite large for a European hotel. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. Steps away from the main plaza and several outstanding restaurants only minutes away walking. I will definitely come back to Aosta and stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Great stay!

Hotel is nice but the noise from outside is terrible kept me awake all night , I complained but they only offered me another room at a charge , very poor Honestly stay away from hotel the view and nois from the back side of the hotel is 1 star

Had a fantastic stay, nice small hotel right in the town centre, very convenient.

Although this hotel doesn’t have it’s own parking space, yet the 6euro parking lots nearby are a perfect option, it makes us like local and it mean so much to us just being fewer days to live like a local. Breakfast buffet were a good option if you want get on you outing sooner. We very happy with our stay.

Very convenient location

When I booked the hotel at Expedia I paid a supplement for breakfast, but when I checked in I was told that breakfast was not included and had to pay extra for it.

Very pleasant hotel, great location, 5-10 min walk to everywhere. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Can recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely stunning! We loved this hotel. The room was quiet, clean and pretty. It is close to the main strip with many restaurants and stores. Highly recommend. In Canada, this hotel would be rated a 4.5 star.

The air conditioning went out . We couldn’t even sleep. They did not get it fixed till the next day . I think that was unacceptable!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially reception and the adjacent patisserie, which helped me surprise my wife on her birthday with a candle on a pastry. The Duca location was perfect in the center of Aosta, nearby the Roman ruins we came to see.
