Everything went perfect

When we checked in the young man was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but very clean. I really liked the shower! The lady day we went to breakfast at 7:30 (opened at 7) and everything was almost gone —they had a bus tour there but we were disappointed that morning. The other mornings it was fine with a big selection. Good location for taking the tram into Venice.

Staff is very good, breakfast was good but same everyday. Hotel building, interior, rooms and room interior needs updating.

Pls don’t book this hotel until unless you want to ruin your holiday. I have not seen worse room than this hotel. Water dripping in room, AC not working, shower handle broken, used towel kept in the bathroom, broken shower, locker broken, misty and smelly rooms & on top of it lights not workin. More to write but…..

The transit was handy and breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Landed at Marcopolo airport went straight to this hotel for the price it was perfect 2 blocks from the bus that takes you straight to Venice.

The staff was super sweet and helpful. The room was different than others we have stayed in, but still adequate. You could tell that the furnishings were older, but that was ok. About 1.5 miles from the train station but only .3 miles to the metro center for teams and busses. Takes about 20 minutes to get to Venice from there. Not too many eating establishments near, but we walked a bit and did laundry, ate and shopped. Overall not a bad place to stay.

This is a good location, close to the tram to go into Venice. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we had an early flight and they got us a shuttle and packed us a breakfast box. The hotel could use a bit of updating but it’s clean had all the amenities and even some Easter goodies in each room

Place was okay. Neighborhood did not look the best and we couldn't get a parking space in the parking lot. AC didn't work well. Breakfast was good.

Great location and fantastic staff. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and it takes you straight to the centre of everything. Breakfast was nice.

Old fashioned, but alright room. Wi-Fi horrible and nearly impossible to use in the room. If you enjoy sweets the breakfast is amazing.

Everything was excellent. We loved breakfast. Staff was so hospitable. Our room was so comfortable. Parking and Wi-Fi was awesome.

Great place. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. At the arrival two hours early, the receptionnist, seeing us tired with two kids let us in the room earlier than the official time. The evening another receptionnist ordered pizza for the kids, so me and my husband could go out. Nice, clean rooms, black-out curtains and parking. Buffet breakfast with delicious italian pastry. The center is 10 min walking, with restaurants and shops. 10 MIN walking to the tram, that takes you to Venice. We were impressed with the staff - again! Really helpfull and smiling and nice. Great stay for us!

Simple, clean, well run property that is close to the areas I need to visit for business plus easy access to the tram out to Venice.

Property was average/old, but decent, clean & wow, the breakfast was amazing & very varied!

All was very good. Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast.The hotel close to the Mestre city center and to the public transports so easy to get in to Venice. Highly recommended place.

Okay but not an attractive area and odd service attitude, i.e. we asked at 1800hrs if they had an iron we could use (after living out of suitcases for 5 days) and they informed us we could only iron clothes in the mornings ! Room okay, breakfast okay, WiFi disappointing, parking "tight"
