It was a good experience. Few times heard some sort of noises in the mornings.

A superbly located hotel a short distance from town centre and all the beaches. A warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist who went out of her way to help with directions and suggestions of where to eat etc . Our room was comfortable and well equipped with extras including bottled water. An iron and ironing board too. I would not hesitate to recommend on the basis of location and value for money. Not a 5 star hotel but from our experience a very good base for a visit to Biarritz. I would not hesitate to return. On our stay we used a nearby underground car park at Place Eugine which is a short walk from the hotel.

Lovely straightforward hotel with very well proven ded room. Room had built in fan, not aircon, but blackout blinds and fully opening balcony door. Street noise was pretty non stop all nightcwith the door open but fine with it shut

Property was well located, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and always courteous. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony was a bonus and great for sitting in the sun for a read or a drink. Close to major attractions, cafes and restaurants as well as within walking distance to the city centre.

The staff were awesome and helpful! The location was perfect! It’s pretty basic but it was what we needed. The only thing we didn’t like was the noise - there was construction outside and we couldn’t sleep. Also, walls are v thin. The towels were a bit tired but def useable. And for us, the AC didn’t work but it was rectified on our last day. I really enjoyed this place, despite some of its shortcomings. The location and staff can’t be beat and I’d def stay here again

Room is small but very clean. Main areas of hotel could use a bit of tlc I.e. carpet and paint. Breakfast buffet was worth the price compared to nearby breakfast spots. Staff was accommodating and extremely helpful.

Room was small but I had everything I needed. The location was excellent. The beach was steps away. Sadly, I only stayed one night. I would definitely stay at Hotel Marbella again. .

Had a lovely stay at the Brit Marbella. The location can’t be beaten, seconds from the beach and surrounded by lots of food and bars! Booked a balcony room but ended up getting a view of the back of the hotel instead of at the front where all the fun was happening which was a little disappointing. But the room itself was comfortable and clean. I would recommend wearing earplugs because we found we could hear the other guests in their rooms quite easily

Our stay was extremely disappointing. Staff called us 2 days before we were due to arrive demanding payment and threatening to cancel our stay if we didn't pay immediately over the phone despite having selected the pay at the property option. After giving our card details, the staff were extremely rude and suggested we did not have enough money in our accounts to pay for our stay. Eventually after many attempts they accepted our payment. Upon arrival, staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We opened our room to discover a bucket collecting leaking water from the ceiling. Staff informed us there was nothing they could do when we brought the issue to them, claiming it was condensation due to the hot weather. The room itself was in poor condition and there was only one wall socket. Would not recommend.

Difficult to access by car as road is closed after 11 am. Very central location, view of ocean from the balcony. It’s on a noisy street but with windows and sliding door closed the noise is minimal. Frigo and kettle in the room very much appreciated.

Nice place in downtown Biarritz. Just I think that the rug of the hotel was pretty bad, but otherwise everthing was excellent!

Great hotel in an ideal location with a great price. Steps from the beach on a street with bars, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Rooms have a modern feel to them and we were fortunate to stay on the top floor with balcony. Such an amazing deal!
