Great staff, accommodated an early check in and offered help anytime I needed

Dennis the front desk and Yohana the manager were exceptional. They were the best and extremely helpful!

The room was extremely clean and well appointed with a great view of the boulevard. The staff was always friendly and helpful. A perfect jumping off point for exploring central Paris by foot - most sights with a 40 minute walk.

All of the staff members we encountered were great!! They all speak multiple languages and entertained our group for hours each day. They were helpful getting us situated with the area and ensuring we enjoyed our stay. They went above and beyond to help celebrate a friend during her birthday. The hotel was clean as we saw staff cleaning the hotel daily. The rooms are small, but I guess average size for a Parisian hotel. The bathrooms are extremely small for me, not being able to sit straight on the toilet as my knees hit the tub. The tub also has a tall height which can be inconvenient or impossible for anyone with mobility issues. That was my biggest issue, and made my stay uncomfortable. The elevator is also tiny and can fit 1 American, or 2 small size people at a time. Hotel Royal Saint Michel is conveniently located in close proximity to Notre Dame and Musse Louvre, several train and bus lines, so it made walking a breeze.

overall, we had a good stay in Paris, but this hotel is not 4 stars. pros: - excellent location, proximity to restaurants, cafes and attractions was unbeatable - staff at the front desk were approachable friendly and helpful cons: - bathroom was not fully clean on our arrival - it is clear that the property has a lot of wear and tear, is quite outdated and needs renovations - the bed was very uncomfortable - very limited toiletries, only shampoo, shower gel, lotion and a bar of soap. no shower cap or conditioner was provided - there is no lobby, there was a small room behind the front desk for guests but it was never available - no air conditioning

The whole staff made the stay unforgettable. I would definitely come back next time I’m in Paris

Wonderful staff, perfect location, comfy room

Very nice experience with Royal Saint Michael as the front desk staffs are very nice. And Hôtel prepared drinking bottle water for customers with nice breakfast. The location is super as it can take Line C train to Versailles just downstair subway. And bath room with a mirror for makeup - that is very considering. Downstairs there is a nice Bar and a supermarket- lovely location!

We would recommend. Very convenient to transportation and sights. Walkable. Excellent breakfast. Bed comfortable. Superior room was small with a nice opening door/window. Tea, coffee, wine, snacks available in the lobby. Wine and snacks in pm.
