A good, clean, 3 star hotel. For a short stay it was perfect and all the staff were great. Everything in the room worked and nothing was broken..

Excellent choice, price/quality and proximity to Expo Salons. It is also within walking distance from Montparnasse and other major touristic areas. Plenty of restaurants, bars etc...The All reviews I read before booking were very much appropriate. I liked and appreciated staff, very helpful and professional. Breakfast, excellent, room was spacious and very clean, I would stay again. Thank you for your assistance during my stay.

The hotel was nice not as close to the effiel tower as stated. The room was clean but not elevator for the twin rooms. The biggest thing with the hotel was the maid was not under standing English and came into our room numerous times when asked not to clean my friend had the flu and was trying to sleep she kept using her keys and opening the door. I hung the the room tag so they would not come in and that still didn’t work. If someone is sick why keep coming into the room I don’t get it.

It's small and basic, but the staff were very helpful, and for the price it's fine as a place to sleep. No desk or the like, so don't think of it as a place to work.

Very happy with hotel choice. Friendly greeting and easy check in. Staff we encountered were all friendly. Easy to access Balard metro station. Felt safe walking to the Eiffel Tower. Good bathroom facilities. Nice little restaurant. The only thing that stopped me giving it a 5 star review was the lack of breakfast items available. Yes it’s small, and there was choice, but items not topped up enough. There was no bread on our 2nd day at all, only a few pastries were topped up.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Truly enjoyed my stay and will recommend to everyone. If I'm ever in Paris France again definitely will stay there again.

Great property, great staff, lovely neighborhood with plenty of dining options. Four stars for cleanliness for small issues - 1. corner of the shower could have been cleaned better and possible resealed. 2. I ended up not needing it but the orange throw blanket smelled like it’s never been washed. I think if it is not going to get washed with the other linen items, it should not be kept or stored in the room.

The staff at the front desk was very very nice. This was in a shopping area that was a bit outside of the Eiffel Tower area. I felt very safe staying here. The only thing that was a little weird is the room that we had an A-frame ceiling, so it was short. The shower and tub did not have a door or a privacy curtain from the bedroom. The room was very nice and had great air conditioning. It was just a little odd that I had to take a shower while looking at my mom sitting on the bed watching TV. lol

Everything is ok, as expected from a budget hotel, not the worst location bwtween two metro stations. But people who have issues with air-conditioning avoid it. Output of aircon is directly pointed at hour face while laying in the bed.

Th room was quite tiny, same as the elevator. The location was good. But my friends had ants problems in their rooms.

Front desk was excellent. Near transportation. Streets nearby were clean and felt very safe. There were several restaurants nearby but did not an opportunity to try. Room was a bit small for two checkin baggage. Washroom was functional but a little small for all your toiletries. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay

Hôtel was decent not bad for the price. Bed was comfortable, rooms are small which I did not mind. The employees are sweet and helpful. The shower and toilet need updating . Water pressure was not the best and the toilet had some stains.

Hot water issues. Resolved. Staff were very helpful and polite
