My experience at this property was unfortunately far below the expectations created by its online ratings. Breakfast is not actually served in a proper dining area. Instead, guests receive a small basket in the room with very limited items and no hot options at all (no eggs or cooked alternatives). For a hotel presented at this level, this is quite disappointing. Even more problematic is the fact that there is no reception staff from the evening until 9:00 AM. During this long period, guests have no one to contact if there is any issue, which is not acceptable from a basic service and safety perspective. In addition, as an Expedia Platinum member, I was informed that a special benefit would be provided, yet nothing was offered or acknowledged during my stay. Overall, the experience did not match the reputation reflected in the ratings on booking platforms and social media. I believe future guests should be aware that the level of service may be significantly different from what the scores suggest.

Friendly front desk staff, clean room

Great location, near the shopping street, not far to walk to the train station or old town. The room was a good size for 3 people, ample storage & very clean. Beds were made every day & we were asked when we wanted clean towels/bedding. Friendly & helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel

I could not fault my stay here at all. The hotel is in a great location to see Nice. It's a short walk to the beach and the old town, plus there are good public transport options to explore a bit further. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The pillow menu was a really nice touch as I usually find hotel pillows too soft. Being able to request a memory foam pillow meant I slept perfectly. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. It suited our needs well. The staff were kind and helpful when we needed them. The AC worked well for the most part. We had a slight issue one day, but they were able to sort it out for us pretty quickly. Really nice and conveniently located. Just note that there are stairs to the first floor/reception and no elevator.

Room was very clean and functional. Hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in a very good location, with a 15 minute walk from the train station and 10/15 from the waterfront.

Perfect location for walking to the Promenade and Old Nice! Lots of nice cafes around the area for breakfast if you choose to not pay for breakfast at the hotel. Cannot fault this anything about this hotel, the staff are all so lovely and helpful. There are free beach equipment for guests to take to the beach and can rent beach towels for €7. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good location and easy stay! 10/10

Room was too small for 4 people. There is no elevator we had to struggle up the stairs with heavy luggage. They kept forgetting to clean our room

Victoire and her team were excellent and hospitable from the time we arrived and throughout our 4 day stay. We loved the location! Very walkable!

Great place that you won't regret. I will definitely come back if I return to Nice. My only suggestion for the place is that they need to be stricter with kids running around the property. There was a family that had multiple rooms and kids and they would allow the kids to run back and fourth around the rooms at 7 AM. Kids need to run but that early the staff need to step up.

Great location nice room but the air condition hardly worked and room was warm at night on such a hot summer night. Called on staff to fix ac and it was never truly resolved

Amazing location close to all shops and lots of restaurants as well as public transportation. The room is very clean and very modern even with fridge, stove, coffee maker really convenient. The service is great the staff is very friendly and willing to provide lots of info. Great value for the price.

This hotel was very clean and accommodating. Also had easy check in instructions

I stayed in a room near the staircase 102, and I heard everything. People walking up and down the stairs, passing by and chatting and talking until the morning from evening and could barely sleep. Also, the bathroom wasn’t very clean in the shower. I also didn’t appreciate that there wasn’t an elevator but that’s alright since it is France.

Staff was extremely helpful. Location perfect. Room so clean and perfect for 1!!! So happy I stayed it was the perfect stay!
